THE PREHISTORY INVESTIGATION (7+ years)
Embark on a tour with a fun investigation! Can you solve the mystery of the Téviec grave, first discovered off the coast of Quiberon in 1928?
Become a scientist for the day and set off on an investigation like no other. Who were the two humans found buried next to one another? What happened to them? And how old were they when they died? Set off to search for the clues hidden inside the five laboratories along
the way. Use the touchscreen films, devices and models you come across to gather clues. Can you solve the mystery?
From 31 March to 2 September - Running time an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. Exhibition designed and produced by Museum Toulouse.
JUNIOR ARCHAEOLOGIST WORKSHOP: THE ARCHAEOLOGY HUB*
Dicover workshops, quizzes, and films on archaeology, as well as information on the latest discoveries!
Become an archaeologist (7+) A fun, educational activity with an excavation pit for kids to carry out their own archaeological digs!From 31 March to 2 September – every afternoon during the school holidays. Included in the Prehistory Investigation exhibition. 30 minutes.
“Digging Around” (3-6 years)Travel back in time! Sleeping, washing, eating, playing and learning: how did they do it back in the good old prehistoric days? Kitted out in real archaeological gear, children start uncovering buried treasures (pottery, tools, etc.). The items they stumble upon will help them step back in time, to learn how their ancestors lived thousands of years ago.
From 3 May to 2 September. Running time approx. 45 minutes. Opening hours and prices available on citevoile-tabarly.com. Led by an activity leader. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This workshop is co-produced by Cap Sciences/Cap Archéo et l’Inrap with the support of the DRAC in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

A 150m² exhibition space dedicated to the unique talent that was Éric Tabarly. Photos, models of his famous Pen Duick craft, a reproduction of the interior of Pen Duick II, personal possessions, plus eyewitness accounts and archive pictures, help to build a picture of this legend of the sea.
OUTSIDE, THE CITÉ DE LA VOILE JETTY is home to Éric Tabarly’s Pen Duicks, which are regularly accompanied by a range of remarkable boats (included with entry).
