Chavias (Chavias) Houston the oldest of
five, was born on the Southside of Chicago on
September 7, 1991. Chavias, spent most of his
early childhood traveling with parents Claude
and Lynda Houston during their years in the air
force. In 1997, the Houstons settled in Chicago
after his father was honorably discharge from
the military. His parents were soon divorced
after that. “The frustration didn't hit until I was
older”, Chavias describes as he and his
grandmother cared for his sick sister while his
mother worked two jobs. Even at a young age,
Chavias found relief through music. He soon
found himself fond of all types of music as he
would rummage through his mother’s Jodeci
and Tupac cd's as she worked almost 17 hour
shifts to support her family.
Later, Chavias learned to express his
frustration through his own voice. He enjoyed
singing for his mother and in school plays. In
1998 he was chosen to model for a talent
agency, but later could not afford such an
investment. His mother's time and money were
spent to support his incessantly sick sister.
When Chavias was only 9 years old his younger
sister Claudeisha Houston “his pride and joy”,
passed away. Her death took a tole on
everyone, mainly his mother. “I saw my mother
cry almost every day for a month.” From that
moment on he vowed to ease her heart. As
Chavias became older his artistic interest
broadened as he became fascinated with
documentation, drawing, and rapping.
In 8th grade Chavias formed a rap duo
between himself as Jus-Ice and his cousin Quick.
At the time Chavias and his cousin goofed off
with a low-tech Kodak digital camera
pretending to be the star of his favorite music
videos, rapping about girls and some of the
things he experienced in school. Occasionally,
he would mix in some of the hardships he had
experienced as a child but he felt as though his
lyrics lacked substance. As he grew, his lyrics
developed and he became more conscious of
his life as well as his surroundings. Chavias
learned to exchange his stress from his
separated parents, sick mother, departed sister;
and express them in a positive manner. “Jus-Ice
was the kid me. As I got older I realized my
mother named me Chavias to symbolize my
individuality. So now that I’ve found myself as
an individual I no longer want people to see me
as “Jus-Ice, the kid”. I want people to see me as
Chavias the man." He is no longer Jus-Ice with
an upside down pencil and a 4.0 megapixel
camera. He is now a man with a Mic and a
Canon Rebel TLI. Today Chavias has done
photography as well as collaborated with
several of Chicago’s very own artists such as,
Disturbing The Peace's BXC, Red Button, Kenlo
Key and more. “I do this for my mother. I've
seen her stress till she's sick. But it’s ok now cuz
I got the medicine. I’m not a rapper, I’m an
artist, and music is a picture of my life.”

Trina’s Second Chance with A New Look
Trina’s second chance has come along great! Trina was very uncomfortable at first with help from
celebrity stylist June Ambrose, but Trina humbled her pride and allowed June to transform the sexy,
provocative Trina we all know into a modern, pop, yet still sexy Trina we can still love. Trina is still “Da
baddest Bitch!” She proved her name by pulling off a new image and still keeping her fans satisfied.
Most wonder, “Why a new look?” “Why now?” Trina felt that after five albums or more it is time to
change things up a bit. Staying in the race, and keeping up with the interest of the fans and how rapidly
music is changing, it’s only right that Trina changes her style up a bit. Look forward to Trina’s new album.
A bit of sexy, techno, and something you can definitely dance to!
Old Trina
Kaoir by Keyshia Kaoir
Keyshia Dior Self Made millionaire, entrepreneur, model, actress, and stylist is the brilliant and
creative mind behind Kaoir. If this is your first time hearing of Kaoir, continue reading and I will
share with you the greatness behind the product. Kaoir markets eye shadow, lipsticks, lip gloss,
nail polish, and tank tops. The line started in 2011. Kaoir lipsticks nail polishes, and eye shadows
are bright, vibrant, and young like Keyshia Dior, who recently changed her name to Keyshia
Kaoir. Her purpose was so that whenever the public heard her name they would instantly think of
Kaoir products. Each name of her lipsticks speaks and says something about them as if they each
have a story. For example “neon rockstarr” a color Keyshia created with celebrity endorser
Trina. Aside from Keyshia and Trina being
really good friends outside of business,
Trina sincerely supports the line. “I actually
love the product,” Trina stated, while doing
a photo shoot for the new color “Neon
Rockstarr”.
Not only does Keyshia have a spot for a
celebrity spotlight she also has a heart;
which is why she created “Survivor” a
lipstick designed specifically to support the
Susan G. Komen Cure. The product
“Survivor” supports the cause and the cure
for Cancer a major disease that has taken the
lives of many family and friends. All the
profits earned from the lipstick “Survivor”
are donated to the Susan G. Komen Cure.
Kaoir products give you a chance to set
yourself aside from others. As Keyshia
stated when she first started wearing the
colors before they were branded in 2011
people definitely looked at her strange. But
that did not stop her from wearing the
stunning lipsticks. Kaoir lipsticks are
smooth, silky, and long lasting. The best
feature is that they don’t crack and they can
be worn without lip gloss. The colors shine
and look vibrant all by themselves. Another
awesome fact is that the products are not
tested on animals. Visit www.kaoir.com
today to find the best match for you. There
are plenty of sales going on at the moment
so hurry up and buy!

Reasons Men Do Not Share Their
Feelings
Does it threaten a man’s masculinity if he advises to his mate
that he wants more affection from her? Women are usually the
clingy, needy, and emotional partner in a relationship. So maybe
when a man feels he needs or wants more affection he begins to
pull away because he is threatened himself by the thought of
him being the “clingy,” “needy,” and “emotional,” partner.
“I’m a man!”
“Men don’t
cry.”
“Men aren’t
emotional.”
FISHTAIL BRAID
The “Fishtail Braid” is a popular hair style
trending right now! If you haven’t heard of
it you must see. It is being worn by
celebrities everywhere. From Rihanna,
Fergie, Kim Kardashian, and so on. This
style can be worn for just about any
occasion. It’s fun because you can dress it
down or dress it up. It is not like the French
braid it is more stylish than that. This braid
actually resembles the fish. Check out the
tutorial and the photos below on the fishtail
braid.
