Our presence in these markets reflects the transference of technology skills into new industries. As the telecommunications marketplace evolves and continues to converge with other sectors, we have increasingly focused on exporting talent from the TMT sector into other industries.

RPI underwent a global transformation project in 2013-14 which included migration onto Office 365 and the successful implementation of the software solution from Invenias, the world’s fastest growing provider of technology solutions for executive search and strategic recruitment. Significant investment and the provision of a cloud based full mobile solution has set the stage for further expansion.

MANAGEMENT

Client consultation to identify challenges, timescales, deliverables, skills shortages, client win scenarios and geographic reach. Confirm Extended Bench is the appropriate solution.

Draw up contract describing deliverables and commitments from both parties identified during consultation. Confirm target profiles and Extended Bench skill sets. Directors to sign off.

Talent pool prebuilt to match global industry skill challenges or active sourcing to build a bespoke Extended Bench from scratch, as per client’s needs. Within our specialist areas this is an ongoing exercise.

Consultants are screened through RPI process and the agreed client process outlined in the SOW, prior to acceptance on the Extended Bench.

Manage consultants on a week to week basis, reporting availability and updates to the client. Add and remove consultants from the skill pool as circumstances dictate. Monitor project activity in the market to be aware of potential skill drains and availability threats.

Client calls up resource to project. Formal contract paperwork administered, on-boarding managed, on-going communication and feedback with Consultants.
