I keep a continual ‘eye on the future’ of modern marketing and have written and created a number of original presentations, such as; “ The Future of Marketing”, “B2B Marketing Trends”, “Digital Marketing in B2B” and “The Omni-Channel Marketer” that I have presented to various global marketing audiences. I’m now looking for my next challenge. A challenge where my love for marketing can prosper and my ability stretched. This means that I must find the right employer. CAREER OVERVIEW Marketing Director / Strategy Director / Communications Director 2012 – present WEB2B CONSULTING Clients included: Amdocs, Citrix, Idomoo, SAP, Seico Insurance, Sodexo, Trend Micro, UK Parking Control I am appointed for ‘special projects’ or interim and contract, senior marketing roles. Here are a few key appointments:s Current Senior Marketing Manager June 2016 – Present (Contract completion date: March 1st 2017) Amdocs I was brought into Amdocs specifically to develop and lead the product marketing team into digital communications and change a ‘campaign’ mentality into long-term strategic programs. I currently manage a £1.3m marketing budget for the largest pbu within this $4bn Global IT organization. Working within a matrix structure and reporting to the divisional VP and a dotted line into the head of Global Communications, I work with 4 senior Product Marketing managers to ideate and deliver strategic communications for their portfolio of products. Campaigns are often lead by the creation of high level thought leadership and promoted using a multi-channel approach. Since joining, I have on-boarded 2 new strategic vendors, delivered 2x highly successful events (one of the best on record for share of voice and customer meetings – 29/35 marketo net new) improved engagement with the brand by over 500%, dramatically improved campaign ROI via paid social. I have also been involved with AOP planning, building strong relationships with the regional teams and currently in the process of developing NAM and EMEA regional ABM strategies. Chief Marketing Officer 18-Month Contract SEICO Insurance Specifically employed to deliver a detailed B2C GTM marketing strategy and plan that would enable my client to secure £2 million GBP worth of investment funding to launch a new, disruption based insurance product. This included a detailed research phase that included customer journey mapping, geographic and demographic profiling, channel efficacy investigation, landscape analysis, price comparison etc. This then enabled the creation of the ‘brand’ and all of its associated ‘components’ as well as the creation of a multi-channel communications launch programme and ongoing nurture communication. I created and managed the pitch process and appointed all vendors and partners (PR, Media, Creative, Social Media, Data, etc.). I also worked closely with the CIO to define and deliver all marketing ops requirements eg; CRM and marketing automation platforms). I delivered comprehensive sales forecasts and budget plans (eg. CLV, CAC, AOV, AGM )

and provided absolute ROI (all tactics had multiple metrics and kpi’s, analytics engines used on all delivery platforms allowing final LTV:CAC ratio to be calculated. I was offered the permanent CMO position to rollout the above. Senior Brand Consultant 6-Month Contract SODEXO Created an EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION for the UK’s second largest employer, Sodexo. This include detailed research, comp analysis, interviews with key stakeholders across 10+ business units and the creation of an employee survey (question writing, survey implementation, face-to-face interviews, data collation and analysis – quant and qual). The final EVP was delivered along with its’ promises, values, proposition, marketing strategy, communications strategy and communications plan Senior Digital Marketing Consultant 9-Month Contract SAP Appointed by SAP to find an effective way to support several product LoB's with their regional lead generation campaigns (increasing engagement and pipeline feed) and existing corporate centralized SM activity. We delivered a SOCIAL AMPLIFICATION TOOLKIT an interactive eBook as the core communication. I conceptualized, researched, wrote, collated content, designed and programmed the eBook and developed a communications plan to promote and measure Marketing Director 6-month Contract UK Parking Control I was brought into this burgeoning 2nd tier parking services company, as their FIRST marketing appointment, with the objective that I would define and cultivate the UKPC brand so that they could challenge the industry leader and become the UK’s largest. During my tenure, I developed and defined the brand, educated and trained employees, created a strong social media presence, developed powerful thought leadership content, held high-level TL events, created a new advertising campaign, created a data strategy and wrote RFP copy. UK Sales & Marketing Director 6-months Idomoo Idomoo (creators of a revolutionary digital CRM platform that automatically-generates cinematic-quality personalized videos in volume) appointed me in 2013 to manage their UK sales and marketing effort.
