What is Mobily Roamtalk?

The service allows outbound Mobily roamers to feel like they are home by calling their loved onback using their existing Mobily line at local rates. This is done through a software client which can install in their PCs, Laptops, Smartphones and Smart devices.

How to make calls on Mobily Roamtalk?

Just dial the number you wish to call as if youre in KSA

Calling a Mobily number, press 0 + Mobily number. Ex: (0560101100)

Calling international number, press international access code "+ or 00" followed by the rele

country/area code and number. i.e. (+967560101100 or 00967560101100).

What are Mobily Roamtalk Call Charges?

Basically, Mobily Roamtalk allows you to enjoy Mobily services with voice and SMS rates as perexisting Mobily package or bundles.

Can I receive calls on Mobily Roamtalk?

Yes, you can receive calls and SMS text.I forgot my password, what should I do?

To retrieve password send, SMS containing RTResend to 1100.

To Exit/Quit using Mobily Roamtalk

To resume originating calls in regular way (dial from mobile call menu not by using Mobily Roamyou should do the following:

Make sure to log-out or close Roamtalk application

Place a call to any number (you can only ring someone to avoid charges)

If still not able to make calls, then switch off & on your mobile (re-start your phone)

Installation & Operation Guidelines Click on the Roamtalk icon to open your client application.

Under Settings enter your username and password (other settings are by default).

Save your settings when prompted, this should prevent you from re-entering your usernaand password.

Make sure you are connected to internet. By this time you should already have an active internet connection as Mobily Roamtalk wiattempt to register.

Upon successful registration, you will see Registered, which should enable your device tothe service.

Active subscription to Mobily Roamtalk

Internet connection is active and working

Username and Password (which is case-sensitive)

In some cases (like iPhone/iPad) to fully use Wi-Fi, the GSM radio interface should beturned-off (or put into flight mode) so as not to interfere with Wi-Fi connectivity.

What is Mobily Internet Roaming- WiFi?

This is a service that allows Mobily customers a seamless broadband connectivity at 150,000

locations at key business venues across the globe via WiFi spots.

What do I need to connect?

First of all you need a device that supports WiFi connectivity, and then you will need a valid usname and password. Also you will need to install Mobily Wi-Fi application into your laptop andhandset, in order to enjoy the new service.

Mobily internet roaming-WiFi Coverage Map.

Mobily Internet roaming-WiFi coverage map gives you the option to check all the Wi-Fi spotsavailable in the area, city, and country you are traveling to. The coverage map also includes thefor all the airports, hotels, and cafes with coverage.

Is there a size limit for the package types?

Size limit is the most important feature that characterizes Mobily Internet roaming WiFi servic

How can I use this service?

- First you have to download the applications for this service for your laptop and handset.

Download the client from Mobily website and follow the instructions to install it . Turn on WiFi function on your laptop.

Click on "iPassConnect and Airport" then iPassConnect wireless icon will be added in the mebar. You can select any option whichever is appropriate to your set up.

Enter the domain mobily.com.sa(if required) Select a network that ipass logo is next to it. Enjoy Mobily internet roaming service.

For Blackberry: Download the software installation package from Mobily website. Save the ipass Global Wi-Fi (Internet Roaming service) for BlackBerry installer files to a

convenient location on your PC. There are two types of file: an iPC.alx file and several .cod fi Connect your Black Berry Smartphone to your PC using the USB cable.

Launch the BlackBerry Desktop Software in Windows (Start > Programs > BlackBerry > DeManager.)

Click the Application Loadericon. The Application Loaderwindow will be displayed.

Click the Start button in the Add / Remove Applications pane. The Application Loader willconnect to the device and search for available device software,

Press the Menu key.

Click Login Information. The iPass Login Information screen will be displayed,

If desired, check the Save Password check box. If you do not save your Password, you will bprompted to retype it before each ipass Global Wi-Fi (Internet Roaming service) connection

For Nokia S60:

Download the software installation package from Mobil website. Open Nokia PC Suite. Click Install applications, the Nokia Application Installer window

appears.-Make sure that your handset is in sync with your computer.

Choose the appropriate ipass Global Wi-Fi installation file and double click on it.

Follow the installation directions. The software can be placed either in the default location(Communicator Memory) or on the SD card.

You can also install the client on the device by transferring the installer through Bluetooth oryour handset from your laptop/desktop.

If the Client Configuration screen appeared then type GFGGKN-13C and click Configure. No

that configuration codes are case sensitive.

To install iPassConnect on your device:

Download the iPassConnect installation CAB file and copy it to your device.

Open Explorer, locate and tap the CAB file to begin installation. Note that existing versions, will be over-written.

The installation wizard takes you through the various steps to complete the installation. Youaccept the EULA in order to install the software. Once the installation process is complete, ywill see an iPassConnect icon in the Programs list. Your device is now ready to connect.

Setting Credentials

Before connecting for the first time, you should confirm that your login credentials have beenentered correctly.

Tap Menu > Settings > Login Information.

Enter your User Name and Password in appropriate fields.

In Domain, Enter mobily.com.sa

In Project, if a project code is required, select one from the drop-down list.
