B&R Enclosures remain heavily involved in the infrastructure enclosure market, specifi cally designing products to suit road authorities nationally. This range of enclosures paved the way for B&R to expand its infrastructure solution to offer the rail market products engineered to suit the needs of rail operators.With a detailed understanding of rail project requirements, standards and specifi cations for metropolitan and regional rail authorities, B&R manufacture and supply a range of enclosures suitable for rail projects in isolated and often challenging environments. In consultation with customers,B&R Enclosures design their rail signalling location enclosures to suit industry and ARO design standards and specifi cations.
B&R Enclosures works closely with V/Line Passengers, Metro Trains Melbourne, Queensland Rail Limited, Aurizon, DPTI and ARTC to ensure a product issupplied to meet the project and customer needs. Along with passenger and freight ARO’s, B&R supply a range of transport infrastructure products for large mining companies, some of which include Rio Tintoand BHPBIO.
B&R Enclosures maintain a full understanding of the design and function expectations of rail signalling products to ensure full life expectancy of the enclosure and the internal equipment being installed.
B&R’s continual investment in the designand development of rail products ensures ongoing compliance to ARO standards and involvement in Australian rail projects.
