APPLICATION OF CARRIER'S OPERATING AUTHORITY

Fares and charges in this tariff are limited in their application to the extent of carrier's operating authority set forth in certificate, issued by the Nevada Transportation Authority, restricted to transportation in

INTRASTATE commerce only as a common carrier by motor vehicle as follows:

On call over irregular routes of passengers in Scenic Tour service, between points and places within Washoe County, Storey County, and Carson City County of Nevada.

APPLICATION OF TARIFF Fares and charges named in this tariff are stated in gross (commissionable) terms, and cover only ground

transportation of passengers and their baggage, as provided in Carrier's Operating Authority in transportation operations. Rates and charges provided in this tariff, for services ordered, shall be prepaid.

Charges for services in addition to the services ordered and previously prepaid shall be paid within 48 hours of presentation of invoice or transportation bill to the debtor.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

BAGGAGE AND CLAIM PROCEDURE Passengers will be permitted to board with small handbags, purses, cell phones, and cameras. NAC 706.333 Claims for lost or damaged freight or baggage. (NRS 706.171) A claim by a shipper or consignor against a common carrier or contract motor carrier for lost or damaged freight or baggage must be submitted to the carrier within seven (7) days after the loss or damage is discovered. Within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the claim, the carrier shall: (a) Compensate the shipper or consignor, or (b) Deliver to the shipper or consignor a written denial of the claim. A denial of a claim may be appealed by the shipper or consignor to the Authority.

CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDS, AND FEES Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour is not responsible for cancelations due to acts of God, public enemy, act of terrorism, authority oflaw, quarantine, riot, accidents, road closures, re-routing of traffic patterns, delays caused by construction, bad road conditions, storm, traffic accidents or any unforeseen road events, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity .. It is by no means the intention of Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour to cause any delays in any reservation.

(Cancellation Policy, Refunds, and Fees continued) Exceptional Conditions; Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on tour and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours prior to reservation. A 50% deposit is required to hold any reservation, refundable if reservation is cancelled within 72 hours. The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled under 72 hours. Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour reserves the right to cancel any reservation, with 100% refund of any deposit, within 72 hours.

OBJECTIONAL PERSONS Ridetothehills, LLC dba Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Driver reserves the right to end any tour due to any and all persons having in their possession explosive or flammable material or articles of substances of any objectionable nature; or who are overly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose conduct or behavior is objectionable to either passengers or themselves. If any passenger conducts themselves in any offensive manner, Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour reserves the right to end the tour or remove said passenger immediately. In such cases, where the fare has been paid, fare will be pro-rated based on time. No passengers will throw anything from the coach. All passengers will remain seated while vehicle is in motion and keep arms, legs, and head within the coach. No firearms or weapons of any kind will be permitted on board of coach. There will be no smoking and no drugs allowed.

BILLING AND RESERVATIONS Charges start at the time/place of pickup. The charged time ends at designated end time or when last passenger exits the vehicle, whichever is later. Our fee is based on a three hour minimum, and ½ hour and one hour additional time rates thereafter. Authorization of charges are acknowledged at time of reservation at the approved rates quoted. Billing takes place before service. Clients are billed for amount of time tour is reserved for. Charges for services in addition to the services ordered and previously prepaid shall be paid within 48 hours of presentation of invoice or transportation bill to the debtor .. All reservations must be originated by Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour, evidence of which is indicated by Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour via telephone, email, fax, or other approved Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour document for confirmation.

(Billing and Reservations continued) . Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour requires the primary passenger(s) contact number at the time of pickup. This information is considered confidential and will not be shared with anyone with respect to privacy. Passenger information will be used for tour information in the form of an invoice. Reno­Tahoe Brewery Tour is a tour service thus using an invoice, but based on NAC 706.354 Charter orders. (NRS 706.171) A charter order, or invoice for tours, must include: (a) The name of the person or group who contracted for the service. (b) The date of the request for service. (c) The date on which the service will be provided. (d) The approximate number of passengers. € The route. (f) The itinerary. (g) The charge for the service. (h) An identification of the equipment to be used. A copy of the invoice will be: (a) Carried on the vehicle and be available for inspection during the period of the service; (b) Maintained in the files of the carrier for 3 years. Client Agrees to pay for all purchases of chauffeured transportation services rendered and such other charges. No terms and conditions of any agreement, reservation or order different from the standard terms will become part of any transaction unless specifically approved in a written amendment by Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour. Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour accepts cash and all major credit and debit card, and we are not responsible for any overdrafts or bank charges cliental may incur due to insufficient funds. All changes to reservations must be in writing and confirmed with Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour email, fax, or other approved Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour document for confirmation. All reservations will be made no less than 24 hours in advance. During all tours we stock water and snacks at no additional charge. All tours will end no later than 2am. All passengers must be 21 years of age with valid ID before boarding.

FAIR MINIMUM There is a minimum of three (3) hours of fares to be paid to warrant services being offered.

AIR CONDITIONING AND EXTREME TEMPERA TURES There are no refunds; Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour put our vehicles through the highest level of maintenance an<;l precautionary measures and although. we strive to offer the highest level of customer service and safety; Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour is not liable, and will not refund for inadequate cooling of the passenger compartment for temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit or more. Between the passenger's body temperatures, the direct sunlight on the vehicle, and the opening and closing of the passenger compartment doors, there is only so much the air conditioner can do.

SEATBELTS All passengers will be required to fasten the vehicle's seat belts any time the vehicle is in motion. Carrier reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to wear a seat belt.

NON-DISCRIMINATION AND SPECIAL NEEDS Reno-Tahoe Brewery Tour will not refuse service to anyone based on race, creed, sex, or national origin. The ADA prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, public entities, public accommodations, transportation, telecommunications, and recreation. If you require "special" transportation services, or assistance, please let our staff know preferably in written form, prior to being reserved or transported. We will make all reasonable accommodations when applicable.

ANIMALS Animals of any kind are not permitted unless they are "service/guide dogs" assisting handicap passengers.

The following rules apply to carriers who provide passenger transportation, excluding airport transport service:

Pursuant to Nevada Legislative Senate Bill No. 376 Sec. 36. Section 51 of Assembly Bill No. 175 of this session is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 51. l. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 and in addition to any other fee or assessment imposed pursuant to this chapter, an excise tax is hereby imposed on the connection, whether by dispatch or other means, made by a common motor carrier of a passenger to a person or operator willing to transport the passenger at the rate of 3 percent of the total fare charged for the transportation, which must include, without limitation, all fees, surcharges, technology fees, convenience charges for the use of a credit or debit card and any other amount that is part of the fare. The Department of Taxation shall charge and collect from each common motor carrier of passengers the excise tax imposed by this subsection.

2. The provisions of subsection l do not apply to an airport transfer service.

4. As used in this section, "airport transfer service" means the transportation of passengers and their baggage in the same vehicle, except by taxicab, for a per capita charge between airports or between an airport and points and places in this State. The term does not include charter services by bus, charter services by limousine, scenic tours or special services.

NOTE l: The passenger transportation recovery charge must be passed along to all customers.

NOTE 2: The 3% passenger transportation recovery charge must be shown separately from the total fare as defined above. ·
