Thank you for considering The Old Brewery for your group dining
experience.
Enclosed are our set menus for bookings of 12 or more guests in the
restaurant space. These can be enjoyed as is, or tailored to suit your
party.
If you would like to discuss any of the following information or would

MENU ONE
$75 per guest
To start
Bread, olive oil

Seafood share platter; smoked salmon, king fish ceviche, soft shell crab
Charcuterie share board; continental meats, olives, buffalo mozzarella, grilled sourdough

Crispy skin barramundi, potatoes and garlic puree, romesco, fennel and herbs

200g black Angus flank, beer braised potatoes, red wine jus and cress

There is no charge to replace one of the existing main or dessert options (from either set menu above) with the above Christmas dishes.
To add either of the above Christmas dishes, please add an extra $10 per dish to the Set Menu price.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read carefully and pass on the following information to your guests:Group bookings over 10 persons must be on a set menu
There is a minimum spend of $75pp on Friday & Saturday nights for any group bookings over 10 persons
Menu selection must be confirmed 5 days prior to booking date
Where guests are paying individually for beverages, all beverages must be ordered and paid for at the bar
Booking numbers must be confirmed 48 hrs prior to booking date
Final account will be charged at confirmed numbers or actual attendance, whichever is greater
10% surcharge applies public holidays
Deposits are required at time of booking, for group reservations
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to deposits. Deposits will be kept if cancellation happens with under 48 hrsnotice
All payments/deposits incur a 1% surcharge
