the culinary crown jewel of crystal springs resort, restaurant latour is an elegant oasis of refined cooking, gracious service and extraordinary wine. the restaurant’s two tantalizing menus are driven by a daily-sourced bounty of ingredients from foragers and local farmers. the 5-course “anthology” menu offers selections from five categories, and a 7-course chef degustation menu is also served. menu selections can be paired with wines from the world-renowned wine cellar or an eclectic seasonal cocktail.
