Home has wowfactor to burn

MY first impression of this Mosman Parkhome when I arrived outside it was “wow.”

The riverfront property is extraordinary inevery sense.

Built by Oswald Homes some two yearsago, the homebuilders took inspiration fromthe work of legendary American architectFrank Lloyd Wright.

The commanding and magnificent façade isa 1920s revivalist design featuring cedar,stone and textured render with verticalelements offset by a horizontal prairie-styledroof with large eaves.

The home is divided into three living zones

on each level. The first floor and main entrylevel features a grand foyer with stairs toboth the lower and upper levels of the home.
