Everyday life is simple and enjoyable at My Resi Upton Square, with shops, eateries, a cinema, bowling lanes and schools nearby. A ten minute drive takes you to Northampton’s centre with its lively high street, shopping centres and fast transport links to London and Birmingham.

Those in search of sporting thrills will relish the choice of local venues. Visit Franklin’s Gardens – the 15,000 seat stadium of Northampton Saints Rugby Union – or become a regular at the home ground of Northampton Town FC, all just a short distance from your front door.

For peaceful downtime, green retreats and water are all around. A short eight minute walk takes you to the newly opened Upton Country Park, with its wide stretches of open space, woodland and wetlands, paths and cycleways. Or make for Delapré Abbey’s gorgeous lake, where anglers can try their luck among 500 acres of parkland and wildlife-filled walks, and golfers polish their skills on an 18-hole public golf course. When it comes to memory-making days out, Stanwick Lakes is a countryside nature reserve that has everything families could want, from imaginative play areas, a great café and shop to endless green spaces, walks and cycle paths.

It’s all part of what makes life special at My Resi Upton Square.

Private sales with My Resi

Buy your home outrightChoose this option to buy your home the traditional way, with a standard deposit and repayment mortgage on the whole value of the property. You pay a monthly service charge towards the cost of looking after the building you live in, and the usual utility bills and other expenses. When it’s time to move on, you simply sell your home in the traditional way.

Shared ownership with SO Resi

Start small and build upWith this option your initial deposit and monthly mortgage payments are smaller than they would be if you bought your home outright. You buy a share that’s right for you now, and can buy more over time. As well as your smaller mortgage, there are two other monthly payments – a SO Resi payment for the share of your home that Metropolitan Thames Valley owns, and a service charge that pays to look after the building you live in. There are the usual other expenses, like household utility bills too. We’ll help you understand all the costs and work out what’s affordable for you. If you decide to move on, you can sell your share at any time.

We’re here to helpWhichever option is right for you, we’re on hand to help at every stage.
