A platform which operates all over Iraq that brings together different resources, opportunities and initiatives for everyone, mainly youth and university graduates, who are eager to learn, work and develop but do not know where to start.
Rwanga Foras provides the youth with free access to a variety of resources through online and offline training courses, including personalized guidance on how to write CV/Resume, prepare for job interviews, and learn basics of work ethics for the young people to determine the career path that best matches their life aspirations.
It is further to register companies and create a network between the employers and the job seekers.

In Iraq, the Foras project started in 2013 funded by the USAID and implemented by FHI360 until the end of 2015. and since Jan 2016 the project handed to Rwanga Foundation under the name of Rwanga Foras & starting from April 2019 is funded by GIZ & BMZ, and Rwanga foundation continues the implementing.
As one of the main objectives of Rwanga Foras is linking the job seekers, mainly the youth and fresh graduates, with employers and building a bridge of communication for the best benefit of both, the Rwanga Foras International Job Fair - Online is scheduled to take place for three days on November 3rd, 4th & 5th 2020 , starts at 10:00 am.
The Rwanga Foras International Job Fair 2020 - Online is a unique networking opportunity for employers and recruiters from various sectors including private, public, profitable and non-profit local & international organizations to gather under one roof to meet and communicate with prospective job seekers.
During the same event, various trainings and presentations will be delivered on employability skills mainly about CV Writing, Interview Techniques, and Work Ethics.
Considering the past four years of experience, it is expected that around 250,000 people will attend the three-day Rwanga Foras International Job Fair 2020 - Online.
In the Rwanga Foras International Job Fair 2020 - Online, about 100 local and international companies and organizations will be invited to set up booths in order to present their activities, products, and vacancies as well as to meet job seekers in order to collect CVs and search for the employees who best meet the job vacancies requirements. The companies invited include those working in the fields of construction, tourism, trade, petroleum, industry, communication, agriculture, advertisement, aviation, automotive, banking, supplies ,medicine, security, in addition to a number of UN agencies and NGOs.
In order to provide more opportunities for young people, fresh graduates and /or job seekers, Rwanga Foras International Job Fair 2020 - Online provides 300 Internship Opportunities. Each type of exhibitor in the 3-day online job fair provides a certain number of internship opportunities.
