SPA OPENING HOURSThe Mobile SPA is open daily from 1 :00 am to 20:00 pm.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICYFor Spa treatments please make a reservation in advance calling ext. (0) at Hotel Reception. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. To cancel a reservation or reschedule one, guests are kindly requested two hours prior to the appointment.
PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATIONYou may request a specific gender or preferred Spa Therapist while booking an appointment. Please do tell us in advance so that we can arrange the right therapist before you arrive.To enjoy your Spa treatment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, change clothing and relax.Each treatment is ended by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest and your therapist can not extend your treatment time if you are late.If you have recent surgeries, allergies or any health conditions, may some treatments will not be suitable for you. Please let us know in advance so that we may best advise you.
SPA ENVIRONMENTFor a more relaxing experience please your cell phone should be silenced.Please leave your valuables in your room.We will provide disposable underwear, towels and all amenities required for use during your visit at SPA.
