2016 for the execution of construction and/or rehabilitation works of certain roads and/or '7--engineering structures on behalf of MINTP for the 2017 Fin an cial Year

The Minister for Public Works hereby informs ail consultants applying for the aforementioned Requestfor Expression of Interest that the following changes were made in its French and English versions:

IV-2-2: References o{the consultant

Rather than:The contractor shall submit the documents certifying that it carried out activities successfully for the lastten (10) years as main contractor on at least two (02) projects of similar nature, volume and complexitywith those he bids for. Projects of similar volume and complexity refers to the construction orrehabilitation works of roads, for a minimum cost of twenty billions (20 000 000 000) F CFA, and forengineering structures for a minimum cost of six billions (6 000 000 000) de FCF A.

V-1: Eliminatory criteria• Incomplete administrative file;• Non satisfaction of the Project Manager's profile;• Key staff experience mark less than 25/30;• Consultant reference mark less than 40/50.

V-ll: Essential criteria• Key staff except Project Manager (out of 30 points);• experience, qualification and Project Manager's qualification (out of la points);• The references of the consulting firm for similar works carried out and average annual

turnover of a minimum cost of twenty billions (20 000 000 000) F CFA for the construction orrehabilitation works of roads and a minimum cost of six billions (6 000 000 000) FCFA forengineering structures for the lastfive (05) years (out of 50 points) ;

• Logistics and equipment (out of 10 points).Read:

turnover of a minimum cost of ten billions (10000000 000) F CFA for the construction orrehabilitation works of roads and a minimum cost of two billions (2 000 000 000) FCFA forengineering structures for the last ten (10) years (out of 25 points) ;

• Logistics and equipment (out of 35 points).

Drafted in English or French and in quintuplicate (5) including one (01) original and four (04) copies, theapplications shall be submitted, in a sealed envelope at the MINTP Sub-Department of Public Contracts,Ministerial Building Nol, llthjloor, Door 08, not later than 04 January 2017 at 3 p.m. prompt, local lime. Theyshall bear the following:
