RÜCKEN-THERAPIEWer kennt das nicht: Verspannungen durch falsche Körperhaltung, schlechte Sitz ge -

legen heiten, Streß und einseitige Belastung. Jeder, der schon einmal unter Rücken -

schmerzen gelitten hat, weiß wie negativ sich diese auf die Lebens qualität auswirken

können. Und wenn die Probleme chronisch werden, schlägt sich das auch auf die

Freude am Leben und die Leistungs fähigkeit nieder. Umso wichtiger ist es, den Rücken

fit zu machen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sich die Rücken- und Schulter musku latur in

regelmäßigen Abständen regenerieren kann.

In jedes Wannenmodell von Repabad können im Rückenbereich der Wanne 10 Präven -

tions düsen mit je 5 Auslässen und das Bedienelement integriert werden. Gerade im

Rücken- und Schulterbereich bietet die nahezu lautlose (19 dB, gem. DIN 4109) Wasser-

massage Erholung und Regeneration nach einem langen Tag im Büro, im Auto oder

auch nach dem Sport.

Der Repabad Qualitätsstandard ist hoch: RCP – repa-clean-protect (ausführliche Infor -

mationen hierzu auf S. 83) und eine Restwasserentleerung der Rohrleitungen hinter der

Badewanne sind für uns selbstverständlich, um den hohen hygienischen Ansprüchen

gerecht zu werden. Die automatische Niveau über wachung verhindert ein ungewolltes

Einschalten des Systems bei zu geringem Wasserstand.

Therapy for the back. Anyone who has suffered from back pain will know the impact

a strong back has on your quality of life. If the problems become chronic, lust for life

and performance are affected. It's therefore all the more important to get your back

fit, and ensure that the back and shoulder muscles can regenerate at regular intervals.

In every tub model from Repabad, 10 prevention nozzles, each with 5 outlets, plus

operating element, can be integrated in the back area. Particu larly in the back and

shoulder area, the practically silent (19 dB, according to DIN 4109) water massage

DIE WHIRL-REGELN.

1Vor dem Whirlen mit Seife oder

Dusch gel abduschen. Die Haut baut

so besser einen natürlichen Säure schutz -

mantel auf. Die zerplatzenden Luftblasen

auf der Haut sorgen für eine besonders

gute Tiefenreinigung.

2Die Summe aus Zeit, Massagestärke

und Was ser tem peratur entscheidet

über den Zustand, das Empfin den nach

dem Whirlen. Kurz, kühl und sanft mas-

siert, steigt man topfit aus dem Whirlpool.

Länger, wärmer und inten siver massiert,

fühlt man sich entspannt und ruhig.

3Duftöle wirken nachhaltig, je nach

gewünschtem Empfinden. Wer nach

dem Whirlen fit sein möchte, sollte einen

aufbauenden Duft wie z. B. Euka lyp tus

oder Zitrone verwenden. Aus schließ lich

für den Whirlpool geeignete Ba de zusätze

verwen den, die nicht oder nur wenig

schäumen.

THE WHIRL RULES.

3 Perfume oils have a lasting effect,

dependent on the feeling desired.

If you wish to be fit after whirling, use an

energising aroma such as eucalyptus or

lemon. Only use bath additives which are

appropriate for whirlpools which either

do not froth or only froth a little.

Together with companies from the sphere of applied

The intricately processed reverse side piping of the whirl -

pool drains residual water via the series integrated residual

water drainage system. Smaller amounts of water are blown

out and evaporate via afterdrying. Nonethe less, the possi-

bility exists that smaller amounts of residual water remain

in the conduit system and cannot be fully removed. RCP

provides additional protection here, preventing bacterial

and micro bacterial contami nation. Moreover, the high-

value nano composite coating of the refined conduits

re duces the deposit build-up of other dirt and biofilms.

after bathing thoroughly cleans all pipes and nozzles.

Most soap residues and particles of skin and dirt are the-

refore removed and rinsed away. As a result, the build-

up of deposits can be significantly reduced. An import -

ant environmental factor: The fresh water rinse extends

the intervals for the required disinfection applications.

EASY-IN M.

Wer überwiegend duscht und nur gelegentlich ein Bad nehmen möchte

ist mit Easy-in M gut beraten. Die Türe (Farbe schwarz / 9 kg) wird von Hand

aus dem mit Glas verkleideten Kippfach gehoben und vor dem Einstieg der

Wanne eingehängt. Durch zweifaches ver- und entriegeln des Griffes schließt

und öffnet die Türe absolut sicher und kann auch durch ein versehentliches

Anstoßen während des Badens nicht geöffnet werden.

If you usually shower, and only occasionally take a bath, Easy-in M is

a good option. The doors (black/9 kg) are lifted by hand from the glass-

covered, hinged compartment and hung in front of the tub entrance.

You close and open the doors safely by locking and unlocking the handle

twice, and they will not open if you knock the handle accidentally

DUSCHE UND DAMPFBAD IN EINEM.Der Platzbedarf ist nicht größer als für

eine normale Dusche. Die auf kleinstem

Raum untergebrachten Dampf ge nerato -

ren er mög lichen es, eine Wohl fühl oase

mit Dampf, Klang, Aroma, Nebel, Sole

und Licht zu zaubern, welche auch als

ganz normale Dusche fürs tägliche

Brausen genutzt werden kann.

The space requirements are no larger than

for a normal shower. The steam generators,

which are housed in an extremely small

space, make it possible to conjure up an

oasis of comfort with steam, sound, aroma,

mist, brine and light. It can also be used as

a completely normal shower for daily use.

DIE DAMPFBAD-REGELN.

1Vor dem Dampfbaden gründlich mit

Seife oder Duschgel abduschen. Nach

dem Dampfen mit klarem Wasser nach-

spülen, so baut die Haut wesentlich bes-

ser ihren eigenen Säureschutzmantel auf.

2Die Verweildauer im Dampfbad sollte

nicht länger als 15–20 Minuten betra-

gen. Während diesem Zeitraum ent faltet

das Dampfbad seine beste Wirkung.

3 Temperaturen zwischen 35–50 C° rei-

chen aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchte

be reits aus, um ins Schwitzen zu kommen.

4 Zwischen den Dampfgängen kühl ab -

duschen. Hierfür eignen sich die von

Re pabad als Zusatzoption angebotenen

Kopfbrausen. Selbstverständlich lässt sich

auch über die Handbrause eine Ab küh -

lung erreichen. Während des Dampf ba -

dens ermöglichen die Nebeldüsen eine

angenehme Kühlung.

5Um den Kreislauf und die Durch blu tung

anzuregen, empfiehlt es sich, auch

kalt-warme Wechselduschen einzulegen.

6Nach/zwischen dem Dampf ba den

schwitzt der Kör per nach, darum warm

einpacken und Ruhe pau sen einlegen.

MIT WASSER UND DAMPF PERFEKT ENTSPANNEN

UND DIE VITALITÄT STEIGERN.

Wasserdampf und Wärme, diese hochwirksame Kombi na tion wird bereits seit Jahr tau -

senden heilend, lindernd oder vorbeugend genutzt. Das Dampfbad vereint diese Vor -

teile und rückt so das eigene Badezimmer ins Zen trum des Wohlbefindens. Beim Dampf -

baden lässt es sich angenehm entspannen, die Mus ku latur wird gelockert, der Alltags -

DAMPFBADE-TIPPS –SCHON GEWUSST?

Während des Dampfbadens werden

durch das Schwitzen über die Haut Gift -

stoffe nach außen transportiert, der Kör-

per entschlackt und entgiftet, die Haut

po rentief gereinigt, die Atemwege be -

freit, der Lymph- und Blutkreislauf ange-

regt. Sole unterstützt das Schwitzen und

die Entschlackung. Poren öffnen sich

noch besser, wodurch die Haut optimal

gereinigt werden kann.

Die Aromatherapie, bei der Düfte in Form

von ätherischen Ölen und Essenzen dem

Wasserdampf bei gegeben wer den, ver-

stärkt die Wir kung des Dampf ba dens.

Diese Düfte werden gezielt zur Be han d -

lung körperlicher oder seelischer Be -

schwer den eingesetzt. Dabei hat je der

Duft seine ganz spezifische Wirkung und

kann je nach Beschwerden oder ge wün -

schtem Be finden individuell ge wählt wer -

den. Siehe auch Seite 186.

THE STEAM BATH RULES.

1 Shower thoroughly with soap or sho-

wer gel before steam bathing. After

steam bathing, rinse off with clear water,

the skin is then better able to build up its

natural acid protection layer.

2 The time spent in the steam bath

should not exceed 15 – 20 minutes.

The steam bath develops its best effects

during this period.

3Due to the high humidity, tempera -

tures between 35 and 50 °C are suffi-

cient to start perspiration.

4Have a cold shower between steam

bath sessions. The additional options

of fered by Repabad's shower heads are

suitable for this purpose. Of course, it is also

possible to cool yourself down with the riser

When steam bathing, toxic substances

are transported out of the body via

the skin due to perspiring, the body is

purified and detoxified, skin cleansed

down to the pores, the respiratory tract

stimulated. Brine accelerates perspiration

and purification. The pores open up even

more to enable optimal purification of

the skin.

The aroma therapy, during which

aromas are added to the steam as

ethereal oils and essences, increases the

effect of steam bathing. These aromas

are ex press ly applied for the treatment

of bod ily or psychological complaints.

At the same time, each aroma has its

own specific effect and can be selected

indi vidually according to the complaints

SOLE.Neben Dampf kann Sole zur Prävention

und Heilung bei Atemwegs beschwerden

eingesetzt werden. Sie wirkt entzündungs-

hemmend, schleim lösend und expektorie-

rend. Auch bei problembehafteter Haut

und Allergien hat die vernebelte Salz -

lösung eine äußerst positive Wirkung.

Durch die Kombination aus Dampf und

Sole wird ein ganz besonderer Effekt

erzielt. Das Salz auf der Haut verstärkt das

Schwitzen und die Entschlack ung. Die

Poren öffnen sich im warmen Dampf und

können so durch die Sole noch besser

gereinigt und die Haut gepflegt werden.

Brine. Brine can be used in addition to

steam for the prevention and cure of

respiratory system disorders. Its effect is

anti-inflammatory, mucus-dissolving and

expectorant. The vaporised saline soluti-

on has an extremely positive effect even

on highly sensitive skin and allergies.

A very special effect is achieved through

the combination of steam with brine. The

salt on the skin stimulates perspiration

and purification. The pores open up in

the hot steam for even more effective

purification through the brine, thus giving

the skin optimal care.
