Research and development activities with the BMCOLOR “Inno-vation and Strategic R & D System”, product design and develop-ment, as well as strategic and technological research and projects, innovative studies that will provide its customers with an advan-tage are discussed within the scope of the production activities.

Research and Development works are carried out with BMCOLOR’s “Operative R & D System” operatively, for designing new products and improving the existing specifications according to the de-mands, in line with the requirements of the sector and demands of the customers.

As the requirement of this structure, the “Resource Planning Man-agement” and procurement, production and inventory systems are planned and managed effectively in an electronic environ-ment.

BMCOLOR’s main production facility has been designed as a struc-ture integrated with “Resource Planning System”, the processes are operated with the logic of smart facility, and the work flow is provided with optimum productivity.

Advanced technology and latest system equipment are used at all the stages of production process; all the production operation and its equipment (automatic dosing systems, etc) are managed and monitored through a specially designed computer control system.

BMCOLOR offers optimum solutions with Liquid Ink Series, designed for hi-tech roto-gravure and flexographic printing machines and printing methods, employed through the packaging industry, with high perfor-mance and specifications that meet the re-quirements of the industry.

Liquid Ink Series within the BMCOLOR Prod-uct Range has a nature to improve the qual-ity and the performance of the application (surface printing and lamination) thanks to specifications thereof such as drying time, heat resistance, adhesion strength, solvent retention, abrasion and scratch resistance.

Sheetfed Inks

BMCOLOR offers optimum solutions with Sheetfed Ink Series, designed for hi-tech offset printing machines and printing methods, with high performance and speci-fications that meet the requirements of the industry.

All Sheetfed Ink Series are suitable for printing front, back or flat prints and have the specification of not drying in the chamber for 48 hours much as features such as color intensity of the series, the chemical resistance, drying rate and abrasion resistance may vary.

Sheetfed Ink Series have a wide variety of employment for printing materials such as I. Quality Paper, Coated Paper, cardboard and etc. according to the needs of users.

BMCOLOR produces Color Pastes for needs of a variety of sectors mainly including Artificial Leather and Cable Industry.

Color Pigments needed through clientele in to be employed in production of Plasticizer Based Pigment Pastes are of-fered in the form of paste without the need for customers to contaminate the environments thereof and ready to use in the most economical way without additional costs.

Conventional pigments dispersed in phthalate-free plasticized products are offered from ready stocks and alternative products to those of customers produced in their own premises are also produced and offered to customers.
