The Appraisal and Auct ion Committees shall be responsible for the appraisal and f inal disposal of NIA unserviceable propert ies under the i r control and supervision, f o l l o w i n g exist ing guidelines, rules and regulations as per EO No. 888, series of 1983 and COA Circular No. 89-296, series 1989, , .

The Regional/ Depar tment Managers may, w h e n and where deemed necessary, seek assistance f r o m the E q u i p m e n t Management Divis ion and/or Procurement and Property Divis ion, Central Office in connect ion w i t h the appraisal and disposal of unserviceable propert ies .

This M e m o r a n d u m Circular takes effect immediate ly and supersede all existing memoranda and all orders inconsistga4;4KrrT5with and shall remain i n force unless o therwise revoked.
