Flash is created using Adobe Flash CS4 Professional. Flash File (ActionScript 3.0) is choosen.

In order to create a moving text, we set the background colour to #DFF2ED (light blue). Later,

we create a text with the desired font and size. Frame rate is set to ensure the text moves from the

right, becoming bigger in the middle, stopped with yellow glow before moving to the left. Also,

at the Filters section, adjust the Blur X and Blur Y to 10 px with strength quality 150% yellow.

Of course all these were set using the properties dialog boxes, panels and toolbars available.

The text will be moving from left with small font. Time lines are set with Classic Motion so that

the text can move from one place to another place.

The text will get bigger while moving to the center of the stage.

When reached center, the text will glow and stop for a moment for about 40 frames.

The text is then changed back to original black colour and continues to move toward left side.

Flash is created using Adobe Flash CS4 Professional. Flash File (ActionScript 3.0) is choosen.

The background is set to the desired picture on the 1st frame.

The picture is then selected to convert to symbol with type Graphic. Soon, the at the colour effect

panel, Alpha is set to 0% so that at the frame selected, the background will be invisible.

Another layer is created to type in the text. Then, the text is Break Apart and soon Distribute to

Layers. Different layers will have different frame and we can edit one layer without affecting the

other layers. By doing so, we can create motion of each layer relative to other layers.

The layers are then are edited in such a way that the text will appear one by one with thebackground appearing from Alpha 0% to Alpha 100% and disappeared after finished. Alpha

100% is to make sure the invisible background becoming more and more visible.

The flash will keep on repeating.
