2.0 Task Requirements
2.1 Purpose The purpose of this release is to implement eight enhancements that were identified during the CCM prioritization sessions.
The following enhancements are included in the release: B-02679 – delete a catalog entirely B-02383 – un-publish a published catalog B-02478 – replace an existing catalog with a new mod B-02517 – freeze search results column headers B-02706 – freeze search results rows with certain columns B-02678 – move prices to their own columns B-02518 – make it easier to scroll horizontally B-02682 – allow support desk to see the CCM tab
CHG89967 was logged in Service Now for the above backlog items.
3.0 B-02679 – delete a catalog entirely
3.1 User Impact GSA Users with the following permissions: CCM ADMIN TechFlow Support Users
3.2 Impact to WorkflowUsers are being provided with additional functionality; execution of this functionality, however, is optional. This additional functionality allows users to manage their catalogs more effectively.
3.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by adding functionality that enables users to delete catalogs directly from the CCM Management page. Users are being provided the ability to delete catalogs that are in either published or un-published (pending) states. The system will provide the user with a method to select a delete option for any catalog file viewable within the CCM Management page display grid.
When the delete option has been selected, users are presented with a confirmation dialogue box. Upon confirmation, the catalog is deleted and users are returned to the CCM Management page.

Canceling the confirmation returns the user to the CCM Management page, with the catalog still visible in the display grid.
Once deleted, a catalog record and its file contents are no longer visible to the user within the CCM Management display grid. GSA Schedule Contract Part Numbers contained within the deleted catalogs cannot be located via product search.

3.4 Interface ImpactThe CCM Management, Manage Imported Catalogs page is altered as part of this change. A delete link is added to each row of the catalog import display grid. Additionally, a confirmation box is added to the interface and requires users to confirm deletions prior to execution.
4.0 B-02383 – un-publish a published catalog
4.1 User Impact GSA Users with the following permissions: CCM ADMIN TechFlow Support Users
4.2 Impact to WorkflowUsers are being provided with additional functionality; execution of this functionality, however, is optional. This additional functionality allows users to manage their catalogs more effectively.

4.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by adding functionality enabling users to un-publish catalogs directly from the CCM Management page. Users are being provided the ability to un-publish catalogs that are in published states. The system will provide the user with a method to select an unpublish option for any catalog file viewable within the CCM Management page display grid in a Published state.
When the unpublish option has been selected, the CCM Management page refreshes. The status of the catalog updates to Pending, the Unpublish link disappears and the Publish and Re-import links appear in the Action column in the display grid.
Once unpublished, GSA Schedule Contract Part Numbers contained within the deleted catalogs cannot be located via product search.

4.4 Interface ImpactThe CCM Management, Manage Imported Catalogs page is altered as part of this change. An unpublish link is added to each row of the catalog import display grid for catalogs currently in a published state.

This change impacts usability of the Product Search page.
5.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by freezing product search results column headers within the product search display grid. Column headers are always visible to users while scrolling vertically through product search results.

This change impacts usability of the Product Search page.

6.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by freezing product search results far left column (Manufacturer Part Number) within the product search display grid. Data within this column is always visible to users while scrolling horizontally through product search results.

7.0 B-02678 – data for each price band is displayed in separate columns

This change impacts usability of the Product Search page.
7.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by displaying the catalog price bands as separate columns within the product search display grid. Each price band column displays price band percent discounts and price band discount amounts directly from the catalog files.

7.4 Interface ImpactProduct search display grid contains 34 additional columns; one column per price band. The additional columns are located at the far right of product search display grid.
8.0 B-02518 – make it easier to scroll horizontally
8.1 User Impact GSA Users with the following permissions: CCM ADMIN TechFlow Support Users
8.2 Impact to WorkflowNo impact to the existing, overall CCM workflow.
This change impacts usability of the Product Search page.
8.3 Change DescriptionThis change enhances CCM by always displaying the horizontal scrollbar on the product search page. The horizontal scrollbar will be visible at the bottom of the product search page as users scroll vertically or horizontally.

8.4 Interface ImpactProduct search page always displays horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the page as users scroll vertically or horizontally through search results.

APPENDIX A. GlossaryTerm Definition
AASBS Assisted Acquisition Services – Business Systems
ADMIN A role in CCM for a GSA user who performs the function of the Administrator of the system. This is a ‘super user’ type role.
