How do I register for eStatement and eAdvice service? (Via Business Internet Banking)

Step 1

• AccessBusinessInternetBanking• On“MyHSBC”page,click“eStatement

andeAdvice”

Step 2

• Chooseacompanyandthenclick“NextPage”

Step 3

• Click“MaintaineStatementandeAdvice”to modify the delivery method of your eStatement and eAdvice

Step 4

• Selectthedeliverymethod“ViewinInternetBanking”or“Receiveviaemail”for your statement and advice for each account

• Afterfillingintheothernecessaryinformation,click“Go”

• Click“Downloadregistrationform”

Step 2

• Inputthedate*• Fillintheapplicantcompanyinformation• “CompanyName”*,“Companyand

IdentificationDocumentType”*,and“BusinessIdentificationDocumentNumber”*needtomatchwiththeinformationyourcompanyrecorded withHSBC

Note*ismandatoryfieldforregisteringeStatementand/oreAdvice service.

Step 3

• Statethe“BusinessAccountNumber(s)”and/or“Business/Corporate/PurchasingCardNumber(s)”*thatyourcompanywants to register for eStatement and/or eAdvice service

Step 4

• ChoosetheeStatementandeAdvice’sdeliverymethod*designatedforeachofthe accounts

• Eachaccountcanonlychooseone delivery method for eStatement and one delivery method for eAdvice

• Forfurtherdetails,pleaserefertothe“Note”sectionhighlightedingreen

Step 6• WheneverregisteringtheeStatement

and/oreAdvice,fillinthe“EmailAddress”designated*^to receive eStatements and / or eAdvices or their related email notifications

Step 7• Specifythe“BusinessAccountNumber”*,

whichthePersonalIdentificationNumber(PIN)foraccessingtheeStatementsand/or eAdvices will be mailed to the correspondenceaddressregisteredforthatbusinessaccountwithHSBC
