• Publish a recognition statement of the framework to ASEAN member countries
• Should have consultation at subnational level.• Submit a joint statement to ASEAN• Include Cambodian youths to participate in APF
and other events to advocate for the framework
Call for concrete steps for action• National Consultation
(NGO, Governments, Private sector, affected communities and other relevant parties )
• Publish and disseminate widely of a study of extractive industries from each country
• Regional Consultation• Advocate to put the
framework into the National Strategic Development Plan.
