Enrolments:
Parents are asked to remind
neighbours/friends and
relatives that enrolments for
next year are still being
accepted.
It is essential for planning
purposes that enrolments are
finalised as soon as possible.
Prep enrolments are high for
this time of the year.
It is most likely that there will
be will be four infant
grades in 2015, all with very
small class sizes. We are also
planning on having an addi-
tional senior grade in 2015.
It is important that parents
advise the school as soon as
possible if they know their
children will not be attending
Red Cliffs Primary School next year.
Prep Activity Night:
This Thursday Prep children
will be participating in an
Activity Session at school from
3.15- 6.00pm.
The children will be preparing
and then eating afternoon tea.
They will then participate in
fun activities and games.
Permission notes were sent
home last week.
All parents must collect their
child from the classroom at
6:00pm sharp.
Representative Basketball:
10 grade 5 and boys represented
the school very well at the 2014
Sunraysia South Division Basket-
ball Tournament on Monday.
We won convincingly against
Koorlong and then against Red
Cliffs East.
We then lost by 2 in a nail-biting
game against a combined
Koorlong/Cardross team.
Great skill and sportsmanship was
displayed by all. Special thanks to
Leeanne Lidsey for her expertise
in coaching the boys!
Special Forever:
Students from grades 3 and 4
submitted entries in this year’s
“Special Forever” project.
I am pleased to advise that
seventeen children have had their
work accepted for display and
publication.
Parents and students are invited to
the “Special Forever” opening at
the Mildura Arts Centre this
Thursday evening from 6.00pm.
