Firstly , I went to beach, there I played with a surfboard. The beach was behind a beautiful dune with trees and bushes. You crossed it through a wooden runway and the beach was crowded with people as it iwas a marvellous beach with a warm sea.

One night we went to eat to a restaurant of fish and shellfish. The food there was delicious. We ate octopus, shark, clams, squid, cuttlefish, etc… We also went to the market square, there I ate a delicious chocolate palm.

Another day, we went by car through a lot of coastal villages of Huelva like Isla Canela, Isla Cristina, El Portil, El Rompido, Islantilla, Lepe and Huelva city. Most of the houses were white except in Isla Canela where they were also cinnamon coloured. After that, I passed the frontier and went to Portugal where I stayed some hours . There, I ate and then went by car . I also had very nice walks.

The last day, firstly we visited an amazing cave that is called the cave of Wonderland. Then, secondly, I went to the mining museum and , later, to the mines of river Tinto. There, I entered one mine that is called the mine of Peña de Hierro whose history started in Roman Times. The mine has been abandoned and water has flooded the lower levels. The water is black-reddish because of the minerals and has a really acidic pH, less than 2.

I really enjoyed this stay in Huelva and I highly recommend people to visit Huelva, because of its wonderful places and because of its fantastic beaches , which are, I think, the best beaches in Spain.
