• Examine role of real estate and education in building wealth among the Asian immigrant populations, including new and recent arrivals and subsequent generations;
• Explore how Asian immigrants use their homes and businesses to leverage wealth and measure differentials in wealth building between Asian and other immigrant populations; and,
• Develop an understanding of real estate market preferences among Asian immigrant populations.
