  • GIRLS ON THE RUN: SPEED & AGILITY

  • Girls Program Partnership with Tenacity Lacrosse, founded by Theresa Sherry. Theresa graduated from Princeton University where she was team captain and leading scorer. She is the head coach at UC Berkeley. The mission of Tenacity Lacrosse is to create a supportive environment for young women while teaching the tools to navigate life.

    Boys Program Partnership with All West Lacrosse, founded by Matt Ogelsby. Matt graduated from Duke University where he was a First Team All American lacrosse player. All West Lacrosse believes in teaching life lessons, including teamwork, commitment, loyalty, goal-setting, respect, attitude and effort.

  • PLAYERS PLAY, COACHES COACH, PARENTS SUPPORT Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) – required training for all coaches • Double Goal Coach: teach life lessons through competition, develop

    lacrosse skills through positive training. • Second Goal Parent: concentrate on life lessons (sportsmanship,

    respect), let coaches coach and athletes focus on competing. • Triple Impact Competitor: improve your skills, work as a team, enjoy

    the game.

    Player Safety is always our #1 priority • All players must have required equipment • Coaches Certification includes

    • Background Check • Positive Coaching Alliance Certificate • US Lacrosse Training Certificate

    First Aid • First Aid Kits issued to each head coach • Action Plan in place with all Coaches

  • Arrive: about 45 minutes before game time (coach will set time)

    Always Have: mouth guard, cup, equipment, water

    Remember: Contact, not impact (encourage speed & agility)

    Playing Time: everyone plays, playing time is managed by coach and assistants
