Raising a FLAG or send a KUDOS to students

Login to your Starfish account using Insite Credentials

Click on “Students” tab upper left hand corner

and select “My Students”

Starfish homepage- If you click on your name

(Upper right hand corner), you can see your

profile. Please update information so students

get to know you better.

Also consider incorporating your office

hours/availability into the appointment tab so

students know when they connect with you.

All of your students will show up for all sections you teach on one roster

To filter students by section, click on Connection tab

Select Students from roster

RAISE a FLAG

OR

KUDOS- Keep up the good work!

Click “SAVE”

Instructor View from “HOME” tab…you can see who you “reached” out to.

Blue box- Who can see

this flag/Kudos?

Student View- Students can see who is making an effort to connect with them.
