The recently designed “Cloud 9” sock liner is the first performance insole by Radii Footwear, to use the newly developed Cloud 9 technology.

Cloud 9 is an optimal cushioning technology that is made from lightweight polyurethane which gives you superior comfort and durability.

Balance Spheres on the ball of the feet not only act as a holistic health benefit, but are also unique to our Cloud 9 insoles so every time you put on a pair of Radii shoes, you are reminded of the strong attention we pay to detail and comfort. The balance spheres are used as a form of reflexology which calm the nervous system, sooth emotions, increase blood flow, and improve bioelectrical energy throughout the body to normalize, balance, and heal itself.

With the styling of the classic Radii outsole, this high performance insert will keep you comfortable for any length of time on your feet. The Cloud 9 sock liner gives usability and responsiveness and will change the way you think about comfort.

Vegan leather is an economical alternative to traditional leather, they are PETA friendly and have rich characteristics of full grain leathers. Vegan leathers have the appearance of oiled and waxed hides, without harming any animals in the process of building these products.

Action leather is genuine leather with a hide that is coated to give a variety of properties and finishes that resemble full grain leather. Action leather usually has a firmer hand and since the hide is coated, subtle blemishes on the natural pelt are easily covered for a very consistent and refined appearance.

Full grain leather is leather that has not been sanded, buffed, or snuffed to remove imperfections on the surface of the hide. The grain remains, allowing the fiber-strength and durability. The grain also has breathability, resulting in less moisture from prolonged contact. As you wear, the leather is meant to become more comfortable and tailored to your foot. High quality leather furniture and footwear are often made from full-grain leather.

Pull-up leather is leather that is treated with oils or waxes to create a finish that offers moisture resistance. When stretched or folded the oil/wax separates causing the color to lighten producing planned distressing for a distinct look. No shoe will ever look identical which lends to the unique character of each wearer.

Wolverine leather is the global leader of Performance Leathers derived from pigskin. Wolverine leather offers pigskin leathers with an array of performance features, colors, weights and varieties. Wolverine leathers have many advantages such as breathabili-ty, durability, water, oil and stain repellency, and easy care maintenance that is still the company’s platform.

Inspired by the restriction device used in mental institutes, the Straight Jacket remains the staple piece in Radii’s line. One of the most technical designs and futuristic characteristics, this shoe is set on a vulcanized outsole, implores the Cloud 9 insole, has three straps harnessed by metal buckles, a removable top strap, and finally a fully functional YKK zipper on the side ankle for easy access and design aesthetic.
