IQCIncoming Quality Control (IQC)

is the inspection and testing of

components supplied by other

vendors including dimens ional,

v i sual , and func tional i n s p e

c t i o n s o n t h e incoming

components.

IPQCI n P r o c e s s Q u a l it y C o n tr o l (IPQC)

i s performed during the manufacturing process.

This step catches defects that may arise during

assembly. Usually the random inspection in

process will be done every 30minutes in case

there is any qual i ty fai lure or accident in

production.

OQCOutgoing Quality Control is the last step before

fully assembled products leave the factory. We

do a sampling once again to perform visual and

functional i n s p e c t i o n s . S p e c i f i c t e s t i

n g requirements will be confirmed based on

different standards.The final qualified certificate

will be delivered with goods together to customer.
