A.Formworks C.Pre-concreting checkingCheck the if formworks is properly aligned.

Check all the required materials and tools are available on site.

Check if is cleaned. Check all service line (electrical, sanitary, plumbing., etc) which go through the RCC member.

Check if is oiled. D.Checking during concretingCheck inner face of the formwork is smooth.

Check the slump. (as per specification)

Check if the formwork is watertight.

Check concrete cubes/cylinders for testing.

Check support are properly placed and fixed.

Check available carpenters at shuttering area to take immediate action if anything happens during concrete pouring.

Check width and depth/height of formwork.

Check drop height of concrete.

Check thin metal sheets are provided along joints of wooden formworks.

Check vibrating is done properly.

B.Reinforcements checking Check the level of the concrete surface.

Check steel are placed as per drawing.

Check the finishing of the concrete surface.

Check rebars are straight. E.Post Concreting checkingCheck spacing of rebars. Check if curing is done properly.Check the diameter of the rebar. Check formwork removal

duration is followed properly.Check hooks and bends are placed as specified.

Test the cubes/cylinders. If test result is not satisfied. AEB should be notified immediately.
