Proud owner Elie Issa said a win in the hospitality section of the awards was a wonderful recognition of his staff’s focus on customer service. “Customer service is our number one priority, matched by our commitment to providing the best food and quality coffee,” Elie said. “We ensure our baristas are trained to the highest standard and their energies are focused on making great coffee.” A fully licensed cafe restaurant, Elie’s Cafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus plus an extensive and affordable wine list. Elie’s also has on offer a range of gluten-free choices and outside catering. “We’d like to say thanks to all our loyal customers whose satisfaction drives our business, and to our staff who are the engine of our business,” Elie said.
