THE team at Elie’s Cafe recently celebrated their 11th year in business, and news of this year’s

Carillon Business Awards success is justthe icing on the cake.

Proud owner Elie Issa said a win in thehospitality section of the awards was awonderful recognition of his staff’s focuson customer service.

“Customer service is our number onepriority, matched by our commitment toproviding the best food and quality

coffee,” Elie said. “We ensure our baristasare trained to the highest standard andtheir energies are focused on making greatcoffee.”

A fully licensed cafe restaurant, Elie’sCafe offers breakfast, lunch and dinnermenus plus an extensive and affordablewine list.

Elie’s also has on offer a range ofgluten-free choices and outside catering.
