CONTEST PERIOD: The Quick Pay promotion contest period spans from 12:00:00 midnight on March 1, 2017 through to 11:59:59 PM on March 31, 2017 (“Contest Period”). All times are in Central Time.

ELIGIBILITY: All International Associates, excluding US Viridian Cares Program participants, (collectively “Associates”) are eligible to earn rewards from this promotion.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROMOTION REWARDS: Each Travel Light Member personally enrolled during the Contest Period (“TLM”) may generate a $50 Quick Pay bonus for the enrolling Associate. Karma members that Upgrade to Travel Light Membership during the Contest period may also generate Quick Pay bonus.

Each Personally Sponsored Associate (PSA) that an Associate acquires that also becomes a Travel Light Member (“TLM Plus”) may generate a bonus for the sponsoring Associate. PSA enrollment, and the subsequent Travel Light account subscription must be completed during the Contest Period. The Travel Light account must remain active for a minimum of 5 days for the TLM or TLM Plus to generate a bonus. Bonuses awarded are subject to a reversal of the award if the customer is Cancelled.

Qualifying TLM Plus accounts will generate a $50 Quick Pay Bonus. The Quick Pay Bonus is an advance of the potential earnings of a 5-Star Bonus. 5-Star Bonuses are valued at $300 for associates that achieve the minimum qualifications. Associates that achieve the minimum qualifications for 5-Star within 28 days of their join date are eligible to receive a bonus of $600 upon completion of minimum requirements. The Quick-Pay bonus is paid weekly and deducted from the earning Associates 5-Star bonus potential.

Any Associate who earns rewards via this promotion must be an active Associate in good standing with Viridian and Viridian Energy at the time the promotion rewards are paid. Viridian reserves the right to withhold final approval of all earners pending verification of compliance with all Policies & Procedures and contest rules. All prizes will be awarded as stated. Viridian reserves the right to withhold promotion rewards until the completion of the contest period. The value of the prizes will be considered taxable income to the winners, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the earners. Prizes are non-transferable. Viridian reserves the right to interpret the rules and prizes at its sole discretion, and all Viridian decisions shall be final. In the event that any of the winners are a corporation, Limited Liability Company, or partnership, said entity shall be entitled to one prize.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROMOTION REWARDS: Each Viridian Energy Electricity or Natural Gas customer prospect* submitted with an United States Service Address that reaches and maintains a bonus-eligible status (collectively “Bonus-Eligible Customers”) may generate a bonus for the enrolling Associate. Customers must be submitted during the Contest Period and achieve a bonus-eligible status within 30 Days of their initial submission to be a bonus-eligible agent for the enrolling Associate. Bonuses awarded are subject to a reversal of the award if the customer is Cancelled, Dropped, or does not become Active within 90 days of enrollment.
