Motivation Push-in terminals have an advantage in handling of wiring massive

and flexible conductors with ferrules.

Important key customers of DIN rail terminal blocks require thisterminals.

With the new development of an optimized portfolio, which offers the same functionality with less products, we are able to cover thisdemands and supply this projects.

With fasis WTP we created the base for a new Wieland product line, which we can specifically develop and extend within the next years.

Push-in connection

fasis WTP - Features

Construction The DIN rail terminal system fasis WTP consists of: Insulation housing made of polyamide,

flammability category UL94-V0, self-extinguishing

Current bar made of copper, tin-plated Pressure spring made of stainless steel

WTP


Function:Single-strand and fine wires with ferrules can directly be pressed into the contact point. Thereby the conductor is pushed between spring and current bar. The pressure spring presses the conductor against the current bar and thus ensures the necessary contact pressure. The uniform contact pressure guarantees a vibration-proof and maintenance-free connection.

Simply push-in – push-in and ready

After opening the spring, fine-wired conductors can be pushed in through the press button and clamped. To looses the conductors the press button has to be pushed and held.
