Construction OperationsConstruction operations manages the process of building the home to the specifications a homebuyer has contracted for. The team manages the day-to-dayonsite construction activities and ensures homes are built on time and adheres to PulteGroup’s rigorous quality and safety standards.

Resource PlanningThe Resource Planning department supports multiple disciplines across PulteGroup. Utilizing detailed schedules and tools that manage when we start and close homes, the team provides predictability to our trade partners adhering to build homes on time and to Pulte quality standards.

Customer CareOutstanding customer service is critical to PulteGroup’s success as a company. Our customer care and warranty teams ensure we are responsive and courteous to service-related requests, managing those requests according to standard process.

I started out as a Field Manager in Construction, worked my way up to

Division President in our Coastal Carolinas Division, and am now responsible

for our national homebuilding operations that oversees construction,
