This research aims to develop an integrated approach in

managing natural disasters in Valenzuela city. A detailed casestudy of a natural disaster was carried out to identify specic

problems associated with managing natural disaster that

happened in Valenzuela city. The researchers provide a framework

for eective natural disaster management from a public project

management perspective based on the past natural disasters

happened in the city. The researchers also propose an integrated

approach for eective managing disaster crisis.
