AT&T Mobility LLC plans to modify antennas/equipment on a water tank at 214 Giddings St, Visalia, CA (CVL02369; latitude 36-19-42.79N/longitude 119-18-18.50W). The water tank is approximately 116.5 feet above ground level in height and AT&T antennas are located below the overall height. An existing AT&T equipment shelter is located at the base of the water tank. AT&T seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the collocation on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, a r c h a e o l o g y , engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
