Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Mark Anderson was present, and Commissioner Brent Hatch was present via Zoom. Also present: Amanda Hutchin- son, County Clerk. Agenda Motion Anderson, second South to approve the agenda. 3 yes votes, passed. Health Care Trust Board Motion Anderson, second South to appoint Bernadette Ottley to the Health Care Trust Board to fill an unexpired term. 3 yes votes, passed. Employee Benefits Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve increasing the por- tion the county pays for non-law enforcement employees Wyoming Retirement from 10% to 14.31%, this comes after the increase to the contribution that is made for law enforcement retirement. In addition to the retirement adjustment, all permanent part-time employees will receive a one-time $500.00 payment on their September paycheck. 3 yes votes, passed. Youth Camp Fees Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve an increase to the Uinta County Youth Camp fees for 2022 to help offset the costs of maintaining and operating the camp as presented by Ami Barker, Fair Manager. 3 yes votes, passed. Health Fair Contract Motion Anderson, second South to approve a wellness contract with Wyoming Health Fairs for optional blood screenings of Uinta County employees at the Evanston Health Fair and authorizes Wyoming Health Fairs to bill our insurance for the cost as requested by Leisa Reiter, Benefits Committee. 3 yes votes, passed. Fort Bridger Airport Motion Anderson, second Hatch to authorize a progress payment of $97,815.07 to Straight Stripe Painting, Inc. for progress on the WYDOT 2021 Seal Coat and Mark Pavements Project at the Fort Bridger Airport as requested by Clay Baird, Public Works Director. 3 yes votes, passed. KT Subdivision Kent Williams, Planner, opened a public hearing to allow for comments on the KT Subdivision located in the SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 18, T15N R114W. Fred Coles, Wasatch Surveying, spoke in favor; no one spoke in opposition. Motion Anderson, second Hatch to approve Resolution 21-40 authorizing the KT Subdivision. 3 yes votes, passed. Trenton Thornock spoke regarding reason for the change and gave an update on the progress of the project.
