His mother had complete prenatal checkup.

His mother never had complications during pregnancy.

His mother was loved and supported with his father.

Born via NSVD, bottle fed throughout infancy and early toddler stage.

Immunizations were complete.

PSYCHOSOCIAL FACTORS:

No toddler school at their time.

He was playful and jolly at all times.

He graduated at West City Central School.

No opposite sex/ same sex relationship.

He graduated at Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School.

His mother went to Europe for employment.

He has many friends which influenced him to take drugs, drink alcohol and became rebellious.

He studied at Liceo de Cagayan University and took BS in Nursing but wasn’t able to finish it. He was only a Freshman student.

He has no working experiences because he went into drug addiction. He was only a bystander at home.
