in time will not be

Advertisement design must be submitted according to Bugils
Bi-Weekly publishing
deadlines, which will be available following confirmartion of
sponsorship.
1. No sponsorship will be assigned without payment. The
sponsorships are offered on a
first come, first served basis.
2. In the case of cash sponsorship, sponsors are advised to make
payments via bank
transfer no later than one week prior to the respective events
(bank details available
upon sponsorship confirmation).
3. In the case of product sponsorship, products should be
delivered accordingly to De
Burse and Cazbar, one day prior to the respective events at the
latest.4. Upon late or non payment / delivery, De Burse and Cazbar
hold the right to remove
the sponsors promotion materials or revoke sponsorship contract
without prior notice at
the benefit of other interested parties.
5. Upon termination of sponsorship, all sponsor rights and
privileges are revoked and any
fees paid hereunder are not refundable.
