MAY HOSIERY is the adaptive re-use of the oldest sock mill in the South, dating back to 1908. The property comprises a campus of 6 charming brick buildings set on 4 acres in Wedgewood-Houston.

The program consists of 40,000 square feet of spectacular Class A office space, 3 restaurants, 5 retail storefronts, and a private members club. May Hosiery is the first phase of AJ Capital’s redevelopment efforts in the submarket, and will complete in 2020.

NASHVILLE WAREHOUSE COMPANY is the ground up redevelopment of a 5.2-acre site at the northwest corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street, located in the rapidly expanding submarket of Wedgewood-Houston.

The cutting edge mixed-use campus features 305 residences, 200,000 square feet of Class A office space and over an acre of communal green space complimented by lifestyle retail and entertainment programming. The project will deliver in 2021, and is the second phase of AJ Capital’s broader $500 million investment in and repositioning of the neighborhood’s commercial core.

WEDGEWOOD-HOUSTONis a rapidly expanding submarket in Nashville’s urban core, located 1.2 miles south of the Central Business District; with adjacency to 12 South, the Gulch, and SoBro.
