Parent Guide for “Faith” Coloring Set Dear Parent: A child with no spiritual muscle will grow up weak…an easy mark for every kind of discouragement, temptation and addiction. The muscle we are talking about is FAITH. Like real muscles it must be used to GROW strong. Like real muscles it is also a gift we receive from our creator when we are born again. For the next few weeks we will be sending home a coloring page focusing on faith. We hope you will color them with your child and put them on display in your home. The first step of faith a child or any of us must take is to believe that God is real. The second step is to believe that he is the rewarder of those who seek him. As you color these pages pray that God would make himself real to you and your child. He can and will do this. If you have a child who does not know deep in his heart that God is real stick with him, pray with him until he does. His whole life will be built on knowing this one thing…or not knowing it.
