Project DescriptionHarrier Park is part of our long-term partnership between Rolls-Royce that’scurrently repurposing a former airfield into an innovative gateway scheme thatblends both homes and employment space, connected by community facilities andvast areas of green space.

The scheme is steeped in history as the birthplace of the flying bedstead, whichbecame later became Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) engine for the iconicHarrier jump jets. Harrier Park is built on surplus land alongside Rolls-RoyceAerospace facility.

Once complete, the scheme will have delivered over 900,000 sq ft of commercialspace and over 700 mixed-tenure homes.
