Metro or Tvärbanan (tram) stop: Solna centrum

Take metro Blue line, (Akalla direction) Get off at Solna centrum. Take the exit to Friends Arena.(not to solna centrum exit) Follow the exit signs to Skytte-holms IP. There is a ramp curv-ing up to the road. And you will see the Max hamburger across the road. Walk by Max, and on the left you ll see the cosy little house called Solna Ungdoms café (solna youth café)

Take metro Red line (direction depending on where you are, but from t central to Norsborg, Fruängen) you ll get off at Liljeholmen

*Party evenings, we intend to have feijoda,but depending on how extremely hungry our capoeiristas are, we might not have enough so have some cash, and some back up plan :)
