TEREX® HAMMER TUNNELLING MACHINES
PROFITABLE THROUGH AND THROUGH
ATTACHMENTSFast heading in strong mixed geological conditions with the patented hammer/bucket combination. In addition to conventional excavation equipment such as ripper and loading buckets, mucking tools, hydraulic cutting units and rock breakers are available.
WHEN AVERAGE JUST DOESN'T CUT ITThe modular configuration of the standard machine and working attachments provides maximum flexibility, to adapt to the cross-section and geological conditions. We offer special working equipment such as tunnel booms with tilt/swivel console, which allow the dipperstick to swivel 45° and follow the contour of the tunnel vault with extreme precision.
POWERTwo powerful drive units are installed – diesel and electric drive. The electric drive for emission-free work on site and the diesel drive for travelling and working.
PRODUCTIVITYThe integrated conveyor system transfers the excavator material directly to the rear in a line – thus, conveyors or dumpers can be used to haul away the material. A scraper-chain conveyor is used as standard. For abrasive materials a rubber plated conveyor can also be specified.
Terex ITC tunnel heading machines are available in four sizes with a weight from 18 to 55 tonnes and are suitable for excavating, hammer, tunnelling, rotary cutting, loading, profiling and invert clearing.

TEREX® MUCKING AND LOADING MACHINES
FULL SPEED AHEAD
FLEXIBLE SOLUTION WITH CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND FEED APRON.The conveyor belt can be extended in length due to modules and can thus be adapted to various dumpers or muck out requirements. The loading apron can be folded together for transport on the width of the crawler. The intake width is adjustable via hydraulically positionable wings.
MOBILITY BY CRAWLER OR RAILTransporting the machine is easy with crawler tracks or on prelaid rail system, saving valuable time. The machines are
quick and easy to dismantle – this can even be done within a few days by lifting individual modules through the starting shaft by crane.
LOADING, HEADING AND HIGH SPEED MUCKINGTerex® Mucking and Loading Machines are equipped with a high speed excavator boom, high-performance conveyor system and powerful diesel and electric motors to provide a powerful and productive machine. They can be applied in various geological formations and in the widest variety of situations:
• As a efficient loading machine in typical blasting operations.
• As a excavation and loading machine in soft to medium hard rock.
• To scale the tunnel face and roof and to clear out the invert.
With a compact design tunnelling drill jumbos, shotcrete

TEREX® TUNNEL EXCAVATORS
YOUR IDEAL PARTNER
TEREX® TW110-T MOBILE EXCAVATOR If high productivity and frequent machine movements are required, the TW110-T can be moved faster and with lesswear than a crawler unit. With an articulated boom joint and fine-tuned hydraulic system, operators can work with power and precision in the narrowest job sites. A wide range of attachments with hydraulic quick attach system further enhances the versatility of the TW110-T.
TEREX® TE210 HEAVY DUTY TUNNEL EXCAVATORThe Terex® TE210 is designed for conventional heading work in medium-sized cross sections. The kinematics enable operation in low tunnels from 4.8 m up to a height of 8.5 m. The working equipment in combination with the swivelling dipperstick delivers powerful breakout forces and precision excavation of tunnel profiles. The 165 kW diesel engine and the high pump capacity allow the use of high-performance attachments, such as rotary cutters, demolition tongs and de-mountable drilling rigs.
The TE210 can be equipped with an electric drive, supplied by a undercarriage mounted cable drum, allowing emission-free working.
TEREX® TC125-T COMPACT CRAWLER EXCAVATOR The Terex® TC125-T is your ideal partner for heading work in soft rock. With a compact design and zero tail swing design it is ideally suited to working in small cross-sections such as exploration tunnels and emergency passage ways. With a high capacity hydraulic pump, the TC125-T can be fitted with a range of powerful attach-ments, whilst an optional emission-free electric drive motor enhances versatility.

TEREX® HYDRAULIC CUTTING UNITS
POWERFUL BITEHIGH PRODUCTIVITY –LOW WEARWith the robust high performance rotary cutters from Terex, you can cut through any stone or soil with exceptional efficiency, a high level of profile precision, low levels of noise and minimal vibration.
The patented reduction gear increases the cutting force which combined with the high torque hydraulic motors provide excellent productivity and profitability. The cutting picks provide extremely high levels of cutting performance and are subject to low levels of wear.
THE RIGHT TURNTerex cutting units can be fitted with a rotator, allowing 360° movement for optimum positioning. When undertaking precise contour excavation or cutting wall surfaces the unit head is always optimally positioned for maximum accuracy and productivity. A selection of models are available from 18 to 90 kW, for excavators from 5 to 35 tonnes.
OPTIMUM SELECTIONOur cutting units can be fitted with various hydraulic motors and cutting heads to adapt to the particular operating conditions. The large selection of cutting drums and picks means that all kinds of stone types and hardnesses can be accommodated. There is a choice of seven types of hydraulic rotary cutter with a drive power of 18 to 140 kW for excavators ranging from 2 to 60 tonnes.
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING REALLY SPECIFICSpecial cutters for special applications: We can offer cutting drums and slot cutting drums with various diameters and widths, cutting drums for stump grinding or dust protection and extraction systems for cutting applications.

TEREX® RAIL BALLAST LOADING MACHINES
GET ON TRACK!
CHASSIS AND TRANSPORTThe crawler chassis allows continuous regular work operation on the rail ballast. Thanks to the additional rail axles (two ways), a train can be formed for the purpose of transport.
CONTINUOUSLY HIGH PRODUCTIVITYThe average loading capacity is up to 4 cubic metres per minute while the on board conveyor system boasts up to 400 cubic metres of muck per hour.
From the tunnel to the track: We have turned our tunnel heading machines into genuine specialists for the subsurface restoration of rail lines. In terms of flexibility and loading capacity Terex® ITC312-VL machines are unbeatable on the track.
USE IN RAIL APPLICATIONSThe Terex® ITC312-VL excavates the old rail ballast and sub-structure without affecting the profile of the adjacent rail. Excavated material is discharged by the onboard conveyor into waiting hoppers, ensuring smooth, quick and economical production.
