Vivago CARE 8001 watch

Vivago CARE 8001 watch has an alarm button, which user can press when help is needed. When the alarm button has been pressed, there appears a red light on the display of the watch indicating that an alarm has been sent. In addition, the watch can make an automatic alarm if it recognises a sudden deterioration in wellbeing, e.g. unconsciousness. The watch can be used as a normal wrist watch, it shows date and time. The watch is water proof and it can be washed with mild soap. The watch has a rechargeable battery which lasts several months.

When the watch is worn on the wrist it measures its user’s macro and micro movements. The activity data is transferred forward to Vivago Vista software, which generates wellbeing summary out of the retrieved data. With the help of this summary, relatives and nurses can follow the wellbeing and functional abilities of the person wearing the watch.

Vivago CARE 8005 watch has the same features as Vivago CARE 8001 watch. In addition, the watch has versatile wandering detection features which enable safe living in an environment with unlocked doors. Vivago CARE 8005 watch operates together with Vivago Go POINT base station. The base stations are installed close to the doors which need to be watched. When the customer comes near the door and intends to leave, the watch sends an alarm, e.g. to the nurses. The nurses get information about who is leaving and from which door right away. The Go POINT base station can be integrated to an electrical lock which locks the door when a customer wearing CARE 8005 watch is nearby. Other customers may go freely from the door.

Vivago Add-On 2100 and 2500 alarm buttons

Vivago Add-On 2100 has a red alarm button, which when being pressed triggers an manual alarm. The Add-On can be fastened, for example, on a watch strap, on a piece of clothing or on a necklace. Add-On knows when it is in use i.e. attached. Add-On is battery-driven and splash proof.

Vivago Add-On 2500 button has the same features as the Add-On 2100. In addition it has wandering detection feature that operates together with Go POINT wandering detection base stations. Wandering detection base station recognizes an Add-On 2500 when it comes nearby and sends an alarm immediately.

Legrand pull cord can be installed e.g. into a customer’s bathroom to provide safety in sudden situations. The alarms will be sent wirelessly via Vivago device interface. There are four different sizes of touch switches available. Legrand bed alarms

With Legrand bed alarm help can be called quickly and easily. The material is durable and antimicrobial. It can be connected to Vivago Room POINT or Device Interface DI-2 IP.

When needed there are bed alarm models available which have additional buttons for controlling lights or both lights and curtains in the room.

The bed alarm is attached to a magnetic wall socket which ensures durability and usability of the device. In case the bed alarm would be torn off the wall, it would as a consequence be disconnected from the magnet and nurses would then get an automatic notification about it.

Alarm devices for bedEmfit Seifure Monitor & Bed Exit Monitor

Emfit Tonic Clonic Seizure Monitor is a safety device for a person with epilepsy. It triggers an automatic alarm in case a person would suffer from a tonic-clonic seizure in bed. The monitor consists of two components: a flexible and durable bed sensor and a bed-side control unit. The bed sensor detects movements of a person in bed, even breath and heart beat. The bed sensor is installed underneath the mattress and is thus unobtrusive. The monitor is integrated into Vivago solution via the Vivago Device Interface.

The Bed Exit Monitor sends an alarm when a person leaves his/her bed. The notification helps to prevent risks of falls or wandering and to be prepared for assisting for instance a customer who would have woken up at night. The monitor consists of two components: a flexible and durable bed sensor placed under the mattress and a bed-side control unit. The Bed Exit Monitor is integrated with Vivago via the Vivago Device Interface.

The device interface transmits alarms from external alarm devices attached to it to Vivago system. In addition the device interface itself can be used as an alarm device in public premises for example. The device is small and light. It sends the alarms wirelessly. It operates with batteries. A care home or hospital can be equipped with Viva POINT base stations, which enable a wireless alarm transfer anywhere in the building. Viva POINT base station receives alarm and wellbeing information from Vivago CARE watches and other alarm devices and transmits those further to the Vivago Vista software. The alarm message, based on the base station location, informs where in the building the alarm was triggered. The base station can be instaled in the existing ethernet network of the building.

Go POINT wandering detection base station enables to create a safe and home friendly environment for all customers in a care home. In the Vivago solution with Go POINT base stations there is no need any more to lock the doors and thus to restrict the freedom of movement for all the customers. When a customer with a CARE 8005 watch is about to leave through a monitored door, the base station sends immediately an alarm about who is leaving and from which door.

Vivago DOMI smart care phone

Vivago DOMI solution comprises of Vivago CARE 8001 Watch, Domi POINT Care Phone and Vista software. Vivago Domi is designed for home use.

The Vivago Watch is easy to use when help is needed. The watch is water proof and it can be used e.g. in shower. It has a rechargeable battery which lasts several months. The watch detects changes in its user’s wellbeing and sends alarms automatically if the user becomes immobile e.g. due to unconsciousness. The Vivago Vista software makes it easy to analyze changes in the Vivago Watch user’s wellbeing at home, thanks to its easy-to-read well- being summary reports. These reports can be used in care planning and e.g. to follow-up the effectiveness of medication. Two Vivago CARE watches can be connected to one Domi POINT Base Station.

In alarm situations a voice connection can be opened to the customer via the Domi POINT Care Phone. The safety phone has buttons for registering the nurse visit times. The nurse visits and their durations are registered automatically to the Vivago Vista software. Both the Vivago watch and Domi POINT Care Phone have an alarm button. The alarms and wellbeing data are sent via mobile phone network to the Vivago Vista software and further to the alarm receiver’s mobile terminals, a mobile phone or a tablet computer.

The DOMI POINT Care Phone has a rechargeable battery which ensures two days (48 h) of operation in case of power failure. The DOMI delivery package contains Vivago CARE 8001 Watch, Domi POINT Care Phone and chargers for both. Requires a SIM card with data and speech.

Vista Software

The alarms sent from Vivago Watches and other alarm devices are transferred via the base stations to Vivago Vista software. Vista software comprises of Vista server software and Vista client software. Vista client software provides user interface to the Vista software.

Vista software receives alarms from the system and forwards those to mobile devices. The alarms can be acknowledged either directly in the Vista software or from a mobile device. Vista stores alarms into history reports which can be used in care work. Vista software collects activity information from the Vivago Watches and draws from it easy-to-read wellbeing reports. It eventually automatically notifies care personnel about deterioration of their customer’s wellbeing. Vista software is available in different modules which can be purchased separately depending on the needs of each care home.
