How it works:

A sterizable and reusable covering that protects your surgical tool.Surgeons are often left waiting for their tools to be sterilized or are limited by the number of surgical tools they have at their disposal. They need the equipment to be ready when they are. The DrillCover and SawCover systems eliminate the need to clean and sterilize drills/saws between surgeries, thus extending the life of surgical tools and maximizing usage time.

PTFE Membrane: Prevents transfer of liquids, bacteria, pathogens, viruses.

LIQUID ANDPATHOGEN PROOF

Inner Fabric: Woven polyester layer for added protection and durability.

Outer Fabric: Woven polyester layer protects the PTFE membrane.

LIQUID PROOF AND PATHOGEN RESISTANTCover linens are constructed from a Level 4 trilayer ePTFE laminate fabric - the most liquid proof and pathogen-resistant reusable surgical gown fabric on the market. All seams are sealed, making the linens completely liquid proof.

Introducing the DrillCover PRO SystemThe DrillCover PRO provides the same functionality as a surgical drill, so you can perform any surgery with ease and confidence. The DrillCover PRO consists of 1) a low-cost power drill2) a sterilizable cover3) a cannulated adapter and 4) a set of quick-connect adapters

K-Wires and Rapid Bit ChangesThe Cannulated Adapter allows the use of K-wires and easy switching between AO, Hudson, Zimmer, and quick-connect attachments.

Introducing the SawCover SystemThe SawCover brings the same advantages of the DrillCover to surgical saws, allowing surgeons to conduct arthroplasties, osteotomy procedures, and amputations back-to-back with a completely sterilizable, robust tool.

High Powered Ergonomic SawThe mechanical output (speed and torque) is equivalent to high quality large bone orthopaedic saws and the ergonomic handle (designed by Arbutus) provides pistol grip orientation for control and stability.
