With Procone MEDENTIKA® provides a new im-plant, specially developed for surgical require-ments with regard to preserving the crestal bone* and high primary stability, even with de-manding situations. The implant connection is compatible with the Camlog Tube-in-Tube™ im-plant-abutment connection**. MEDENTIKA® is one of the leading manufactur-ers of prosthetically compatible, prefabricated and custom-made implant components and im-plant-supported prosthetics.Based on many years of experience with its own Microcone® and Quattrocone® implant systems, MEDENTIKA® has developed the new implant in close collaboration with a group of experienced surgeons.

When designing the implant body, developers oriented according to the results of numerous studies on the influence of the implant design on preservation of the crestal bone* and the desire for increased primary stability.Your experience is important to us. Procone was specially developed for the increased surgical requirements on an implant. The newly developed high-profile thread ensures high prima-ry stability, even in soft bone and with immediate implant placement in ex-traction alveoli. The rough microthread on the implant neck region promotes preservation of the crestal bone* and increases primary stability, particular-ly in the case of a sinus lift.

CONICAL MACROTHREAD The Procone implant body tapers conically in the apical region and together with the high-profile thread and 3 cutting edges provides high primary stability, even in demanding situations. A newly developed high-profile thread ensures maximum primary stability in all bone conditions. It is self-cutting and kind to the bone despite high primary stability. Short insertion time due to 0.9 mm thread pitch per rotation.

CRESTAL MICROTHREADThe crestal microthread promotes ap-position of bone cells* and their pres-ervation in the crestal region. The rough microthread significantly increases the primary stability with soft bone and/or sinus lift. Functional forces are distrib-uted to the surrounding bone and create positive mechanical stimulation of the bone.

PARALLEL-WALLED MACROTHREADThe parallel-walled, high-profile thread ensures high primary stability. The high primary stability also remains intact if the implant is slightly turned back during insertion. This gives the surgeon more flexibility with horizontal positioning of the implant.

IMPLANT CONNECTIONThe implant connection is compatible with the Camlog Tube-in-Tube™ im-plant-abutment connection**.

MEDENTIKA® provides a variety of op-tions for fabricating functional and highly precise prosthetic restorations. The optimum restoration for Camlog** and Procone implants can be found with the various products of the C-series.

SURFACE

The high-purity, sandblasted and acid-etched surface extends over the entire implant surface to the 0.4 mm machined implant neck region. It has excellently dimensioned micro-macro roughness for ap-position of bone-forming cells, reliably promoting optimum long-term osseo-integration of the implant. In combination with the coronal microthread it can ensure outstanding crestal bone formation.

Attaching the placement instrumentThe placement instrument should first be fitted over the Procone insertion aid as far as the stop for removing the implant from the blister/titanium tube.

Turning the placement instrumentThe placement instrument should now be turned clock-wise until it is completely fitted over the insertion aid triangle.

Removing the implant from the titanium tubeThe implant secured with the placement instrument can now be removed from the titanium tube.

Removing the blister insertThe closure screw can be accessed by removing the blister insert.

If the implant is intended for submerged healing, the implant closure screw must be removed from the blister pack using an Allen key (1.26 mm), e.g. from Camlog**, after removal of the insertion aid.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Instradent GmbH agrees to exchange or return articles under the following conditions:

• Only unopened goods in perfect condition shall be accepted with postage paid and with a copy of the re-ceiptenclosed.

• A voucher/return is only possible if the goods are returned to Instradent GmbH within 3 months of the date of the receipt. The goods must be unopened.

• In the case of sterile goods, goods may only be exchanged free-of-charge if they are unopened and there is at least 24 months until the expiry date.

• Sterile products may not be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been opened.

GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

MEDENTIKA® offers a guarantee for their implant products. MEDENTIKA® guarantees replacement of our products without additional costs if they reveal material or man-ufacturing defects or they do not comply with our quality standards.The guarantee period for MEDENTIKA® is 30 (thirty) years from delivery.The guarantee does not cover Medentiloc abutments, Novaloc® abutments or Optiloc® abutments. We offer a guarantee period of 3 (three) years for these products. All matrices and inserts are subject to natural wear and are not covered by the guarantee.

No guarantee is given:• In the case of immediate restorations• Damage of the products or implants due to external influences such as accident or comparable events

and incorrect treatment• Failure of products or implants in the case of contraindication such as alcoholism, smoking, diabetes

or other drug addictions• Further claims and consequential damages, e.g. laboratory costs or costs of clinical and/or dental

treatment.

This voluntary guarantee is supplementary to the guarantee rights defined by law and the product liability and does not affect these. In addition, our General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply.The assignment of rights from this limited comprehensive warranty requires the consent of MEDENTIKA®.

GUARANTEE PROGRAMME (ONLY FOR GERMANY)

The manufacturer offers users of MEDENTIKA® products a 30-year guarantee for implant prosthetic restora-tions, thus providing a high degree of safety for patients.Subject to the following listed exceptions and restrictions MEDENTIKA® users will receive a replacement for a non-osseointegrated implant free of charge.

Requirements for inclusion in the guarantee programme are:MEDENTIKA® Procone implants are components of an integrated concept and should only be used with the components and instruments according to MEDENTIKA® instructions.If other, non-system components of a third party are used, the function and reliability of the MEDENTIKA® system can be impaired and exclude any voluntary guarantee or compensation.The MEDENTIKA® guarantee programme requires that all prescribed procedures and instructions are fol-lowed in accordance with generally accepted dental medical and dental technology practices and the products under guarantee are use accordingly.

The following documentation must be submitted by the treating dentist:• The non-osseointegrated implant (decontaminated, shrink-wrapped in foil)• The completed complaints form

MEDENTIKA® may modify or terminate the guarantee programme. Any change or termination of the guaran-tee does not affect products which have been used prior to the date of the modification or termination of the guarantee programme and are covered by the guarantee.
