Applications are sought from the highest level of exhibitor. gallery@oxo is situated on the riverside walkway at the heart of one of the richest cultural areas of London, between the London Eye, Hayward Gallery and Tate Modern. Oxo Tower Wharf is a landmark building on London’s South Bank that is home to the destination restaurant owned by Harvey Nichols, cafes, bars and thirty design shops occupied by innovative contemporary designer-makers. “It is always a privilege to be able to host exhibitions in gallery@oxo. We've been quite astounded by the incredible footfall; people just can't resist the temptation to stroll in after they catch a glance of the show when walking past. Design awards and launch shows gallery@oxo’s prime location in the creative hub of Oxo Tower Wharf enables international exhibitors to launch new work in a prestigious, highly regarded exhibition venue. In the heart of central London, surrounded by the designer-maker studios on the first and second floors of Oxo Tower Wharf, gallery@oxo showcases new work from applied art and graphic design courses across the country.

ROAR! Coinciding with London Design Festival, this exhibition showcased the best of emerging talent from Scottish art & design colleges, across two venues at Oxo Tower Wharf – Bargehouse and gallery@oxo. September 2008

Eureka from design brief to shop window A Design-Nation initiative, Eureka launched a series of new design products that had been commissioned by British retailers. The best products were awarded the Eureka/Laurent Perrier Design Award, and gallery@oxo was used to host the award ceremony and exhibition during London Design Festival. Exhibitions at Oxo posters* We include your exhibition on 6 quarterly ‘exhibitions at Oxo Tower Wharf’ backlit poster sites in prime locations along the South Bank and on one giant vinyl poster at Bargehouse. Exhibitor poster sites Five backlit poster sites located on prime locations along the South Bank from IMAX and National Theatre to Oxo Tower Wharf are available to exhibitors free of charge (design and print costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor). South Bank posters* Inclusion on four-sheet What’s On and Free Events exhibition posters displayed on 38 event structures along the South Bank, Riverside Walkway and Waterloo area (subject to external editorial control). Press packs Any press coverage is collated and presented to exhibitors post-exhibition. Additional support CSCB has an experienced team that can assist with any additional marketing and PR requirements for an additional fee.

Website Each exhibitor has a dedicated page within the Exhibitions and events section of the website www.coinstreet.org. The site receives an average of 15k visits and 50k page views per month. We include a link to the exhibitor’s websites when appropriate. E-newsletter* The monthly email newsletter includes a description of the exhibition and a link through to the webpage on www.coinstreet.org. The newsletter is sent to approximately 9k contacts. Print* Your exhibition will be included on any promotional exhibition print during the hire period. Comments books We provide exhibitors with a bespoke comments book.

Private view/opening reception The gallery is available for one evening for a private reception for your guests (Monday to Thursday 6–8.30pm). Additional evenings are available at £450 + VAT. Weekend receptions possible – information on application. A range of different drinks and canapé menus are available to suit all budgets and requirements, provided by our preferred caterers. Insurance, staffing and electricity costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
