A global company

Isolux Corsán is a benchmark

global company in the areas

of construction, energy,

concessions, the environment

and industrial services. It

operates in over 30 countries

on four continents with an

average staff of over 6,400

employees and it is the largest

unlisted Spanish business

group in the construction and

public works sector.

Since it was established as a

Group in 2004 -after Isolux Wat

took over Corsán Corviam-,

it has grown continually,

increasing the turnover to €3.24

bn in 2010 (7% more than the

previous year), with an EBITDA

of €311m.

Keys to growthDiversifying the business

and opting to expand into

the international market have

been the keys to Isolux Corsán

growth. It now has a backlog of

over €30.18 bn, reporting 17%

growth over last year.

LeadershipIsolux Corsán is a world-

wide benchmark in the high-

voltage energy transmission

and distribution market, with

5,237 kilometres of lines under

concession in Brazil, India and

the USA.

The company also manages

and builds 1,700 kilometres

of toll roads and high density

roads in four countries (Spain,

India, Brazil and Mexico)

through concessions, and it

manages over 21,752 parking

spaces in Spain.

Isolux Corsán has reaffirmed

its leadership among the

top companies in the world

specialising in building turnkey

solar PV stations, with a total

installed capacity of 267 MW

built in just three years.

International revenues exceed domestic revenues

general growth in all its main

economic magnitudes and the

consolidation of its international

business. Company revenues

exceeded €3.24 bn, an increase

of 7% over last year.

The Isolux Corsán concessions

division has reached a turnover

of €164 m in 2010 and it has a

portfolio amounting to € 23.613

bn.

It has 5,237 kilometres of

transmission lines in Brazil, India

and the United States.

In toll roads, India, Brazil, Mexico

and Spain are the main markets,

with a total of 1,700 kilometres in

five toll roads under operation and

four more under construction.

The Isolux Corsán car park division

manages over 21,752 parking

spaces in 22 towns in Spain.

Engineering

The Energy, Environment

and Facilities business has

generated €1.763 bn in

revenues for Isolux Corsán in

2010.

Isolux Corsán is consolidating

its position as a benchmark

company in T&D, with 600

km of high tension lines built

(2010), plus starting on 1,200

km of power lines in Brazil

across the Amazon Jungle to

connect Manaos and Macapa

with the Brazilian national grid.

The company is a major

operator in industrial processes,

with turnkey projects in the

Oil & Gas sector and bio-fuel

plants (bio-ethanol plants for

Ecopetrol in Colombia).

Isolux Corsán is a world-wide

pioneer in CO2 up-take and

storage after winning the tender

for a sequestration unit for

CIUDEN (León – Spain).

It has an international presence

in designing and building water

treatment plants in Mexico,

Brazil, Argentina and Algeria.

Construction

With a 5.9% increase, the

Isolux Corsán construction

division has generated a

turnover of €1.314 bn in 2010.

The main activity of this division

is road infrastructure.

International revenues now

account for 31% of this division

and these are expected to

continue to grow. In 2010,

Isolux Corsán has consolidated

its footprint in India, Mexico,

Brazil and Argentina, and it has

won tenders in Chile, Uruguay,

Panama, the Persian Gulf and

the Middle East.
