Work Choice Process• Referral by Disability Employment Advisor (SRA)• Initial Interview

– begin developing a programme of activities for the customer.

• Module 1 – Work Entry– Pre-employment; 26 weeks (possible 13 week extension)

• Module 2 – In work Support– supported employment, up to 2 years

• Module 3 – longer term in work support– In supported employment for two years needing additional support
