IMPORTANTE1) Durante la celebracin de este Circuito, un (1) CACP al vencedor de

cada sexo. Macho vencedor y Hembra vencedora sern seleccionados delas categoras de Intermedia, Abierta, Trabajo y Campen.

2) Slo aquellos ejemplares que hayan obtenido el CACP cualifican para laatribucin del CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB. La edad mnima es quince(15) meses de edad. Los ganadores del CACIB/CACLAB/CACPBcualifican para los ttulos Internacional de Belleza de la FCI, Sicalam yCampeonato Panamericano. Cuatro (4) CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB,bajo cuatro jueces diferentes son necesarios para convertirse enCampen. La confirmacin de cada entidad es necesaria. Se requierecopia del certificado de Propiedad y Pedigr del ejemplar para lahomologacin del ttulo.

3) Slo las categoras de Intermedia, Abierta, Trabajo y Campen,cualifican al ejemplar para los certificados internacionales. Las clasesoficiales que no optan por los certificados internacionales son: Cachorro,

Joven y Veterano. Recuerde que slo se permite inscribir al ejemplar enUNAcategora en el Circuito.

4) La homologacin del CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB, ser oficial,cuando la informacin suministrada est completa y exacta. Cada personadebe llenar con claridad y exactitud la planilla. En caso de errores en elcatlogo de participacin, el expositor debe de informarlo a la mesa de laSuperintendencia. Si al momento de hacer el informe a la FCI para lahomologacin de los CACIB, los documentos de cada ejemplar no estanen orden, stos NO sern informados, perdiendo en el futuro de hacercualquier tipo de reclamacin.

5) Toda informacin suministrada por el expositor es considerada BONAFIDE. Ejemplares inscritos incorrectamente en la clase, puede resultaren la cancelacin de inscripcin para el Circuito y los premios otorgadospueden ser retirados.

MEDIDAS SANITARIASExpositores del extranjero, deben traer certificado de salud que indique queno provienen de un rea en cuarentena por rabia y que no tenga mas detreinta das al comienzo del circuito. Puerto Rico es considerado comoterritorio de la nacin Norte Americana y las mismas leyes aplican. La vacunacontra la rabia no debe tener mas de seis (6) meses de emitida al momento desalir de su pas. Copia del certificado de salud, debe estar siempre con elexpositor durante el evento. Fotocopia es importante para el regreso a su pas.

HORARIOEl proceso de juzgamiento est programado a comenzar: Jueves & Viernes alas 4:00PM; el sbado y el domingo a las nueve (9AM) de la maana,

verificado una vez el cierre de inscripciones. Las facilidades estarn abiertas1.30 horas antes del comienzo de la actividad. Estacionamiento estardisponible en los horarios establecidos por el encargado. Habr un cargo porestacionamiento por parte del complejo deportivo.

RESPONSABILIDADESLa FCPR no se har responsable por robos, prdidas o daos a perros(as) opor daos ocasionados a objetos en las habitaciones de los hoteles/motelesy/o en las facilidades de la exposicin. Todo expositor ser responsable de losdaos que pueda ocasionar su perro(a). El Comit de Exposicin puederehusar recibir las inscripciones sin dar explicacin de motivo. El Comit deExposicin podr resolver cualquier situacin que no est mencionada en lasregulaciones de la exposicin. El Comit de Exposicin se reserva el derechode admisin, de posponer o cancelar el Circuito Canino. Bajo ningunacircunstancia la FCPR devolver las cuotas de inscripcin despus dela fecha del cierre de inscripciones.

EXPLICACIN DE LAS CLASES Y COSTOS.1- Cachorro de 3 a 6 meses al da del Circuito. No CAC,

CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El Mejor Cachorro de la Razacompetir para Mejor Cachorro de Exposicin cada da.

2- Cachorro de 6 a 9 meses al da del Circuito. No CAC,CACIB/CACLAB/ CACPB/BOB. El Mejor Cachorro de la Razacompetir para Mejor Cachorro de Exposicin cada da.

3- Joven. Perros entre las edades de 9 a 18 meses de edad. No CAC,CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB para esta clase, compiten para Mejor de laRaza. Ganador Joven de Raza compite para Mejor Perro Joven deExposicin de cada da. Dos (2)CACJ son necesarios para el ttulode CAMPEON JOVEN DE PUERTO RICO.

4- Intermedia. Perros entre las edades de 15 a 24 meses de edad. Compitenpara el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza.

5- Abierta. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer da del Circuito.Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza.

6- Trabajo. Perros sobre 15 meses de edad al primer da del Circuito.Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de la Raza.Debe acompaar certificado de la prueba de trabajo. (solo razas detrabajo)

7- Campen. Perros que tienen ttulo de campen de un pas miembro dela FCI. Compiten para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB y Mejor de laRaza. Deben acompaar copia del certificado.

8- Veterano. Edad mnima del perro son 8 aos. Esta clase no lo haceelegible para el CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB pero compite para elMejor de la Raza. Categora compite adems para Mejor Veterano deExposicin cada da

9- Pareja. Dos (2) ejemplares de la misma raza y dueo pero diferente sexo.Deben estar inscritos en las clases regulares de este Circuito. Categoracompite slo el sbado y domingo para Mejor Pareja de Exhibicin.

10- Crianza Compiten un mnimo de tres y mximo de cinco ejemplares,criados por la misma persona (aunque sta no sea el propietario). Debenestar inscritos en las clases regulares de este Circuito. Compite sbado ydomingo.

11- Progenie Compiten un macho o una hembra acompaado por unmnimo de tres y mximo de cinco descendientes directos. Deben estarinscritos en las clases regulares de este Circuito. Compite sbado ydomingo.

AVISO IMPORTANTE:1- Los certificados de CAC, CACIB, CACLAB & CACPB sern otorgados alseleccionar el macho vencedor y la hembra vencedora. JOVENES MANEJADORES

Pueden competir jvenes entre las edades de 7 a 17 aos. Existen dos (3) categoras: Grupo A, nios menores de 6 aos; Grupo

B, para nios de 6 a 10 aos (Categora no oficial) y Grupo C, parajvenes de 10 a 17 aos (Categora Oficial)

Ser requerido por reglamento, que el ejemplar que presente el JovenManejador, est inscrito en la competencia regular. No tiene que ser de supropiedad. Slo se permite cambio de perro antes del cierre deinscripciones.

Al efectuar el registro de participacin, debe escribir bien claro, elnombre del concursante y fecha de nacimiento. No cumplir con lainformacin solicitada, puede redundar en la cancelacin de laparticipacin.

El COMIT ORGANIZADOR puede solicitar copia del certificado denacimiento o alguna identificacin oficial del competidor para losarchivos de la FCPR.

ENGLISH SECTIONImportant

1) During the FCI Circuit, one (1) CACP per sex will be awarded towinners dog and winners bitch. Winners dog and winners bitch will beselected from Intermediate, Open, Working and Champion Classes.

2) Only those dogs that have obtained the CACP are considered for theattribution of the CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB. The winner (each sex)

should be 15 months or older to be eligible for theCACIB/CACLAB/CACPB certificates. Only the winner of theCACIB/CACLAB/CACPB will be eligible for the titles of International,Latin American & Panamerican Champions. Four (4) CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB are necessary to become a Champion.

3) The classes of individual competition are PUPPY, JUNIOR,INTERMEDIATE, OPEN, UTILITY and CHAMPION classes.Enrollment is allowed in only one individual class.

4) The homologation of the CACP, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB can only bemade if the information about the dog is complete and exact. Exhibitorsare therefore asked to fill in the enrollment form with accuracy. Failing tofulfill all necessary documentation, may result in cancellation of thecertificate.

5) In case of mistakes in the catalogue, the exhibitor is requested toinform the Secretariat on the day of the show.

6) All information provided by the exhibitors is considered BONA FIDEinformation. Dogs incorrectly entered in any class will result incancellation of entry and all prizes unduly obtained will be suspended.Sanctions are provided by the regulations.

Sanitary Measures:1) To foreign exhibitors The dogs health certificate shall state that the

animals do not originate from an area quarantined for rabies. Dogscoming from USA must note that Puerto Rico is considered a State ofthe Union. All dogs more than six (6) months of age shall be vaccinatedagainst rabies within 6 months prior to the date of shipment, and shall beidentified with proper identification tags and accompanied by a healthcertificate including rabies. Health certificate, if necessary, will beprovided for the return trip, by a local veterinary, at exhibitors cost.

2) All exhibitors should have in their possession at all times the healthcertificate of his/her dog(s).

Schedule1) Will begin on Thursday and Friday at 4:00 p.m. and Saturday and

Sunday at 9:00am, unless otherwise specified after the closing ofentries. Exhibitors with dogs and equipment will be allowed in thepremises two (2) hours before the mentioned hour. We encourageexhibitors to remain at the show grounds with their dogs until the end ofthe show as a courtesy to the visitors. Parking Systems Company maycharge a fee at the entrance per car.

2) CACP points proposed at this Circuit are valid for obtaining the NationalChampionship title insofar as they are approved by the FCPR.

Responsibilities1) The FCPR cannot be held responsible in any way for the theft, loss or

damage on dogs or for damage caused to objects in the rooms at thehotels/motels and/or the show grounds. Every exhibitor is responsiblefor any damage that may be caused by his/her dog(s). The OrganizingCommittee can refuse enrollments without stating reasons. TheOrganizing Committee will resolve cases not listed in the showregulations. The Committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel theCircuit. By no means will the Organizing Committee returnenrollment fees after the closing of entries.

Explanation of Classes:1. Puppy 3 to 6 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO CAC,

CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the breed willcompete for Best Puppy in Show each day.

2. Puppy 6 to 9 months on the first day of the Circuit: NO CAC,CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB/BOB. Best puppy of the breed willcompete for Best Puppy in Show each day.

3. Junior Class: dogs between 9 to 18 months on the first day of theCircuit. NO CAC, CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points for this class, butcan compete for BOB. The Best Junior dog of breed can also compete inBest Junior Dog in Show each day. Two (2) CACJ are necessary tobecome a Puerto Rico Junior Champion.

4. Intermediate Class: dogs between 15 to 24 months of age will competefor CAC, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.

5. Open Class: dogs over 15 months of age on the first day of the Circuit.Compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB.

6. Working Class: Dogs older than 15 months of age on the first day ofthe Circuit. Title Certificate must accompany entry. Compete for CAC,CACIB, CACLAB/CACPB & BOB. (Only Working Breeds)

7. Champion Class: for dogs from an FCI or recognized country.Compete for CAC, CACIB, CACLAB, CACPB & BOB.

8. Veteran Class: Minimum age is 8 years. This class is not eligible forCACP/CACIB/CACLAB/CACPB points and can compete for Best ofBreed. The Best Veteran Dog of breed can also compete in Best VeteranDog in Show each day.

9. Couple Class: Two (2) dogs from the same breed and owner, differentsex. Must be entered in a regular class during this Circuit. Saturday andSunday for Best Couple in Show.

10. Breeders Class: a minimum of three (3) dogs and a maximum of five(5) dogs, bred by the same person. This person doesnt need to be theowner. All dogs must be entered in a regular class during this Circuit.Saturday and Sunday, for Best Breeding Class in Show.

11. Progeny Class: A dog or a bitch competing with a minimum of three(3) dogs and a maximum of (5) off springs. All dogs must be entered in aregular class during Circuit. Saturday and Sunday, for Best Progeny Classin Show.

OBEDIENCE COMPETITIONObedience trials will be offered only on SATURDAY & SUNDAY It isnecessary to present papers of breed authenticity and an official three-generation Pedigree in order to be eligible to compete in regular classes. Afee of $15.00 will be charged for revalidation of papers for a new dog. Ifyour dog already has an FCPR number, you do not have to pay therevalidation fee. Exhibitors must fill out the entry form, informing thecategory and days on which the dog will be competing. The CDX title willnot be granted until the CD has been completed. Three (3) legs are necessaryto obtain a Puerto Rico Obedience Title under two different judges.Categories offered are: NOVICE A/B, OPEN A/B. Dogs with PRCD orPRCDX title will compete in the category of Highest Score Excellence.INDIVIDUAL COST PER LEG PER DAY: $30.00. COST FOR THECIRCUIT: $50.00

AT THIS SHOW: Sub-Novice CLASS competitors must send theirentries on or before the closing of entries.A fee of$15.00 will be chargedfor revalidation of papers for a new dog. COST PER LEG PER DAY:$20.00. COST FOR THE CIRCUIT: $35.00

INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR HANDLER COMPETITION For children and youngsters from 7 to 17 years old:

Three categories:1- Group A (unofficial category), under 6 years old.2- Group B (unofficial category), from 6 to 10 years old.3- Group C (Official Category), from 10 to 17 years old.

The dogs presented in Junior Showmanship Competition, must also beentered in a regular class in this Circuit. The Junior presenting a dogmight not be the owner. No changes of dogs will be accepted after theclosing of entries.

Registration in the space provided in the enrollment form must clearlystate date of birth of the exhibitor on the first day of competition. TheOrganizing Committee, for completion of FCPR records, can solicit abirth certificate.

Veterinary Notice:At the show, participants should have at all times:1. A health certificate issued within 30 days of the first day of the Circuit.

2. Certificate of vaccination against RABIES (can be included in the healthcertificate). Animals introduced to the Commonwealth of Puerto Ricoshall be accompanied by health certificate issued within 30 days of theday of travel and the certificate shall contain: An accurate description of the animal, age, sex, breed, tattoos and

destination Date of vaccination and vaccines used The name and address of the consignee, consignor, origin and

destination A statement that the animals are free from symptoms of infectious,

contagious or communicable disease and exposure thereto A statement that the animal does not originate in area quarantined

for rabies Evidence that the animal was vaccinated against rabies within six (6)

months prior to the date of shipment

TITLES AND PRIZES1. Puerto Rico Champion title for the winner of 2 CACPs with

qualification of EXCELLENT2. International, Latin-American Champion and Panamerican Champion.

Four (4) points are necessary to become a Champion, certified by themain institution.

3. Grand Puerto Rico Champion. 4 GCACP, 2 champions in competitions,only one per breed.(BOB)

4- Two (2) CACJ in the young class will be offered in this Circuit per sex tobecome a Young Puerto Rican Champion.
